Porzak you are the man. I wish I could send you a video. I just got done with hitting 200 balls at the range. I’ve been watching you’re videos for a few weeks now and have implemented your swing slowly today was the first day I finally fully embraced the hip bump and boom!! It all came together. I just wanna thank you. You’ve completely helped my golf game. And I realized today the more I hip bump the more a draw it was just a fun day thanks again seriously
That’s awesome! Thank you for sharing Brian! That is exactly why we do what we do! The hip bump and the set go are both major game changers… for every golfer!!! 📝
I wish I would have seen this a year ago. Building the heartbeat of the swing really resonated with me. Not only did this improve my wedge play, it improved my full swing including driver. Your videos on the stance and hip bump are great. Once I am set, I literally only think about turning around my spine and rotating back through. Thanks!
I have watched countless golf coaches on UA-cam, I think you might be the best at explaining and demonstrating the swing. You should have a couple million subs.
@@PorzakGolf I think you'll get there. I'm also a former instructor myself and I still enjoy your content. Good to remind me of critical things on different golf shots and emulating your way of explaining the golf swing to others.
Hi Coach Porzak! Your explanation and demonstration of finesse wedge shots in this short video is better than any book I’ve read on the subject. I have always struggled with 40 yards and in. Now I don’t get yippy on my approach shots into Par 5 and long Par 4 holes. More pars and occasional birdies translate into less frustration and more enjoyment of the game. Thank you.
This is a great short clip of swing tips. I went to range after seeing this video. 98% of my shots had solid contacts even as I went through the bag with different clubs. LOVED IT!!! Thanks Sir Porzak.
Another beauty! Thanks so much Porzak Golf! I understand the need to keep the trail arm connected to the body during the backswing. But, the trail arm can be a real disruptor. Can you describe how the trail arm should move between address and the top of the backswing, so that it doesn't pull behind the body?
Due to my girl’s tournament at the Heights these, I’ve watched you teaching juniors with my eyes. It’s awesome. One question regarding all your technic and drills. Do you think your direction would work well for girls who has less strength or less athletic move compared to 12y boys? (I know Christian is way on the top already..) My girl uses her right arm a lot at the impact and can’t hold the club till the end. I tried some but seems she doesn’t have enough power and strength to do connected left hand dominant swing yet…
Thanks for watching and the kind words! The only way to gain the proper strength required is repping it right and working out. Swings where she simply pauses and holds for 10s of seconds at a time at all different spots is a tremendous strength builder!
Man, your golf IQ is off the chain…
And what I admire most is that you give your content away to inspire others to learn.
Blessings..

hip bump is major key. upgraded my swing through the whole bag. that and the set position/turn thought dropped my score 6 strokes in one round

Absolute gold here! I have worked hard on Adam's short wedge methods and it is a great fit for me. Thanks again!
Awesome video!! Connection is so important!!!!!
Only thing more important is setup! 📝
Thanks for watching Matthew!

The trail shoulder should externally rotate, the trail funny bone can stay point down to the ball in the backswing!
Come to NC please!!
Good stuff bro 🤙🏾😎
What’s your recommendation for wedge distance control with range balls?
Good input..how does the left knee movement impact remaining on plane? Never heard you or anyone explain it 🤔 Stressdr

Can u elaborate more on body turn?where to pressure from?
Saw where beat tempo is 66-68 BPM on short shots. What about full shots? Amazing video!
Full shots is a different rhythm completely… three beats not two… one-and-two
When knowing your distances by the length of your backswing, isn’t your distance also affected by the length of your follow through?
Yes the backswing affects the length of your follow through!
👍👍👍
