I've used a chiropractor with great success. DBQ/Nexus written out perfectly. And excepted. Along with physical therapy DX. All claims are different. And treated differently.

Got 40% for my back based on a nexus from my chiropractor.
I had a chiropractor when I was in the Navy after my accident. Best decision I ever made and I would have been left really damaged if I would have just used the navy’s physical therapy.

I want to know: I was married to two different Vets. Both have passed away. 1989 he served in Vietnam. He was a marine, I was married to him at the time death. Got married again he passed in 2018. I am now getting benefits. Is it possible to get accural benefits from first husband for the time I was married. He told me if the gov pay you should applied for agent orange. He Had a heart attack at 44 years of age.

I have had years of several medical issues mostly involving Neurological Disorders and just recently they found a tumor on my brain, in service my injuries have involved head trauma but I have never claimed TBI but some doctors believe that I have undiagnosed TBI now I’m claiming TBI , I’m already sc for headaches and Vertigo this all was developed while in Vietnam. What are my chances of getting TBI?

Going into the hospital or being in homeless veterans program your considered temporary 100% then you can get your teeth fixed plus get paid at 100% rate for time in in the hospital.
I have letters from Specialists in fields which are supposed to be considered in decisions. However when I get the decision it says that I do not have any proof. anything showing that I take 4 shots a day to prove I qualify for an upgrade to 40% from 20%, VA has been issuing and prescribing 4 shots a day for the last 4 years.. Also there is supposed to be a limitation on my activities according to my Endocrinologist which states so and gives his readings. I have been following the ADA Diabetic diet from 1984 when the Diabetes was first discovered. This has been sent through my VSO several times. It is being combined in a single letter to be submitted to them for the latest Decision being worked on. Do you find VA loses paperwork when it suites them. Any bet ways around that.
Your paralegals serve as gatekeepers and don't know much. I've tried to contact you, but can't get passed the gatekeepers. My case is simple too, regarding back pay, mistakes and duty to assist.

Yes, it’s under the umbrella of PTSD.
20:50 if your doctor wont write a nexus then fire him/or her and get a new doctor that will. There are whole organizations that provide doctors who understand VA rules who will do this. Google them! You may have to open your wallet and pay for their professional advice but that is what the VA does when it hires VA C&P examiner's who rubber stamp denials for the VA. That is also what lawyers do when they need evidence on your behalf and they want to collect on your 30% back pay for delayed and denied VA claims.
