Ok see listen... What happens is every hair salon is not a NATURAL HAIR CARE SALON two different things. Jaded tresses is a natural hair care salon because she personally focused on how to CARE for their hair. Each strand matters to her. Also she gave tips for healthy hair even away from the salon, for not just them but us as well that I have not personally heard of. I appreciate salons like this.. sadly I don't live in that area to visit but she deserves this promotion and if I ever make it there I will visit. I would love to try the products though 😁🙌🏿

Patrice Maxwell I'm the same way when it comes to chemicals. Last time I had a perm was Sept. 2012. My hair color changed from jet black to brown, it was soooo matted every time I washed it and the list goes on and on. If I knew what it would do to my hair when I was in 8th grade, I would've never ever got one. I think the main important thing is to get educated. Now you see more and more women/girls wearing their haor natural.

I live in New York and want to go visit Tameeka's salon so bad but being a broke college student is not helping. The mohawk looked so good on u. That salon looks like it has good vibes that will help your hair grow just by being there. I gotta book an appointment asap.

I love how your stylist was very informative on how to treat natural hair and I also love your video Philo! I am transitioning to natural hair and I've been finding it difficult to work with but your stylists shared knowledge that encourages me that I just need to have patience and commitment to get the long natural hair I want. Great protective style! I love that you can wear it all twisted or let it out and still have curls for a Mohawk. I like the way she applied the gels and leave in conditioner. I always start up and go down so now I know to go the other way, lol very in formative video. Wish we had natural stylist in my area.

I was in totally shook at the results of that wash and go. The definition in her curls. OMG!!! I’m impressed with both styles. Been trying to achieve a wash and go in my hair since going natural. Haven’t happened yet. I’m impressed when the salon and the employees. So professional. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I have been struggling with my natural hair journey and learned a valuable tip from watching this video about shampooing and trimming my ends. The products that Tameeka used I was in awe of the definition. I have not used anything in products in the store that has given me that level of curlushness ever. I need that in my life!!!

This is by far the BEST natural hair vid I’ve seen! Just these 16 mins taught me things I did not know when dealing with my natural hair. The slay both of you walked out with was UNBELIEVABLE too. I am from NJ and had NO idea that there was a salon like Jaded out there. Now I’m on the west coast wishing I was back there just to try her salon...lol. Well, one day...
