Vilma....I'm 5"6 and all my length is in my legs. Cropped jeans and mom jeans look like I shrunk them in the wash lol. I like the boot cut style on you but that particular style you tried weren't the pair for you :)

I really want some well fitting high waist wide leg, however I have tried on in many stores and they look good at the front, but the back looks horrible. I am very slim so my back looks like a bag of spanners. In contrast I have some high waist skinny flares from Zara which make me look quite cury, but the high waist wide I can't make them work. You look great in all of these jeans by the way.

You are right on the difference in fit on different shades of the same garment, and it is very annoying especially if you buy online.
