No problem! Thank you so much for checking out my channel. I am the same way, and this is my way of giving back to the community. I will continue to strive to get better and better to help even more!
So, cute! I like the little more information that’s beginner friendly this time while still respecting the artist’s instructions. Also, Eevee would be a cute edition. And looking forward to seeing what you do with the Zelda fabric.
Thank you for the feedback! I will start incorporating more tips and tutorial-like stuff to future videos then. Ooo Eevee would be a good one! And yes! I am starting to work on it soon, so it’ll be a few weeks before that video comes out :)
hii ! i am kinda lost while making the body in cream. should i turn everytime ? because it doesn’t look like yours at all even tho i’m doing everything right i guess
I have crocheted for many years and for some reason going from row 16 to 17 with the right stitch count is not happening for me. Yikes! Row 16 the count is right but 17 has not been going right.
For this project, I don’t. But because you requested it I will be sure to include it in my next amigurumi video :) I am working on one right now so it will be out soon 😁
The easiest way (most beginner friendly) - that I learned on accident - to make a crocheted piece bigger, but still follow a written pattern is to simply use a larger weight (diameter) yarn and larger hook. The label on the skein of yarn should tell you the suggested hook size, and then I would go either a half or full size smaller hook since you want tighter stitches with amigurumi. Now, this is all very dependent on how large you want to make this piece. So, some trial and error might need to happen. Also, be mindful that you will need to buy a lot more yarn than the pattern states, so make sure you budget for that as well. I hope this helps, and welcome to the wonderful world of crocheting! Just remember to be patient with yourself as you learn, and you will be a pro in no time!
@@GoodEffortMeg Hi again! I'm having problems in making the arm. When I started doing the row part, its other side was slanted like this \ while the other is just straight |. Huhuhuhu.
@@omo1530 No worries, that used to happen to me all the time when I was newer to the craft. I would double check the stitches that you are counting and use an extra stitch marker to mark both the FIRST and LAST stitch in your rows. This will help you "calibrate" your eyes to know exactly where to put your hook. Most likely, without seeing it, you could be dropping a stitch on one of your sides. As an extra resource, I frequent the Crochet subbreddit on Reddit (www.reddit.com/r/crochet/). If you post a photo of your issue there, the community is really wonderful and kind. Definitely someone there can help get you back on track.
Welcome to the world of crochet! This pattern is linked in my description of this video - it is also free. Just be mindful that the pattern is written in UK terms, so if you’re used to working with US terms just know that where it says “dc” you’ll want to do a single crochet. Hope this helps!
It’s a beautiful congratulations
Thank you so much for having this video tutorial. I'm one that has a hard time following just written instructions, so this helps a lot!!

Did anyone get to the round 8-16 part and not know how to move from 36 stitches to 42 I keep getting 44 can anyone help me please 🥺
For the decrease rounds, you said “single crochet 3, then single crochet 10”, so single crochet 13?
