If you mean mostly her voice thats kind of intentional. Evils voice was supposed to become NeuroV2 but Vedal actually wanted to keep more of Neuros original type of voice which is why he made her current voice (V3) intentionally keeping a bit of the robotic way she talks. Basically he thought Evils current voice was too different from Original Neuro.

But it's easy to get tricked into thinking it changed because of her upgraded model and animations. V3 voice was talked about but never released. V3 singing voice, which is separate, is indeed already being used for singing. You can verify this by listening to some of the original archived streams.
