    Hello, nice job with this spot...came out easily. On another note are you still using your Namco scrubber for pre-treatment? How is it working out for you?

      My technician picked up a Lego with it and stripped a gear part is coming in the mail so gotta wait on it but was using it and liking it. Just don't pick up legos,,,,

    Great video! How do you neutralize the HP 20? If you just left it there to dry, would that cause damage to the carpet? If the stain was Kool Aid, would you use ammonia? Thanks.

      No will not damage carpet no need to rinse. Yes ammonia does work on artificial stains make sure it dilute it

      There's is no such thing is ph 20 the highest it the PH scale goes is to 14

      Yes but to be safe once stain dissapears rinse it out.

    Here's how to remove bleach stains from carpet:
    Rinse out the bleach completely mix 4 cups of warm water with 2 tbsp of white vinegar pour this over the stain leave it for 5 minutes once time's up rub the area with a dry cloth or sponge rinse with cold water and blot dry

    Can you use 20 volume as a pre-spray treatment . Also if the stain was not organic what solution would you use.
