My biggest concern is dealing with the bureaucracy within facilities. I left the corporate world because of bad managers and having no say in how things were done. Plus being expendable. Do you feel like you have a voice within your department? Does the hospital take the staff into account when they are going to implement changes. Is the hospital designed to be supportive of your career and how?

I will be honest always & say it’s pretty tough but it’s doable.
Remember all you need is a C to pass don’t stress but do study & try to understand the material & not memorize it.
