wow this was such a great podcast! I'm here as a Dr. RP fan, had no idea who this guy is to be honest, and was so pleasantly surprised! I love that she actually addressed the whole vaccine backlash thing...the measure of a TRUE scientist is admitting their opinions change with evolving data, which Rhonda does. She is truly one of the great ones and I always learn something new every time I listen to her. Well done!!

reminds me when I carry my 80lbs of gear(tools and pines racks) 200-300' in the wood so I can plant pines a while before coming back and forth to the storage where's are rest of it. Just saying.
Now that I'm paid to work physically, I understand to eat when you're hungry that's it. I slowed down the seasonal job (including brush cutting) and the eating, I was always hungry this summer.
Not scare to eat only 1-2 eggs prior to bedtime. Just keep a scoop of whey and water beside the bed in case of waking up hungry in the middle of the night.
Farmers/cowboys understand everything about physical fitness and nutrition IMHO.
I stopped following trends like fitness stuff as mush as new age BS.
Way less stress and confusion, way more homeostasis and peace of mind.
Rhonda is one of the only I keep listen to, she's amazing and deserves acknowledgement.

Working night shift and 2am is when I am most tired like right at my lunch break but as soon as I clock out at like 6am or 7am and get that sunlight hitting my eyes I feel like I can take the entire day on. I hope no one has to work nightshift, imo it should be illegal. That short power nap reset is a real deal. I have been up for 30hrs on a Friday and fall asleep at 11pm get an hour of sleep then I wake up make a coffee and start diving to the huning spot at 2am.

Dr. P! I believe in vaccine choice very strongly. I believe that if parents could read the ingredient label and also see an actual efficacy vs side effect studies done for each vaccine there would be a lot more parents choosing not to vaccinate. Why were big pharma companies granted immunity from lawsuits for vaccine side effects in 1986? Is it a coincidence that the number of vaccines required has gone from 6 or 8 to 78 since then? Why do doctors receive incentive money for every vaccine they give? Why do small pox outbreaks tend to follow vaccine clinics for small pox but typically not turn up any other place?
Dr. P, you have the training and the big brain power to look further into these issues and maybe help other people make better choices.

Italy's AIFA data was terrifying in March, by July it was glaringly obvious re cardiac consequences for young people.

Dr Patrick needs to do her homework on Glyphosate. Corn and soybeans have been genetically modified to be resistant to Glyphosate, oats on the other hand, have not been modified. The problem with oats is the government has let farms use Glyphosate as a drying agent right before harvesting them, so when you eat oats from an American source you are eat tons of Glyphosate. I’m going to start buying my oats from Europe sources where Glyphosate is banned. The question is can you gut and brain handle it. Probably not. Also disagree with her on the mRNA technology. Cam needed to push her more on the studies that were suppressed by many medical journals. That was probably due to the funding by big Pharma. I’m sure myocarditis happens to all age groups, but most older adults have heart issues that aren’t apparent after the jab.

17 of my coworkers or high-school friends died of the delta. I've taken all 6 shots with no reactions or having covid. I'm also a elk bow hunter ( 5 in 12 yrs) and 77 yrs old. No it's not OK for the healthy old to die of covid.
