You need to trim the ends (1 or 2 cm) every 4 - 6 months. I would recomend to cut 1 or 2 inches per year too. You'll get rid of splits ends and your ends would look more even.
Blunt cut it. I had point rat tails about 8 inches worth but since I’ve cut them all blunt off my hair looks thicker and sooooo much healthier. It’s growing noticeably. Hippy rat tail long hair looks far worse than blunt cut gorgeous healthy ends, in my opinion.
Aww I'm so sorry dear 😢 but it may be that your hair is snapping off after it reaches a certain length, this may happen if it's too dry or your hair doesn't have enough protein. Try using moisturizing products or k18 to build bonds in hair, good luck! 😘

If you never notice regrowth a couple months after lightening or dyeing it then your hair probably just grows at a super low rate

You want to oil the mid section and the ends to keep from getting dry. Never shampoo the ends just rinse them.

My hair also grows very fast ,I cut it at the beginning of January 2021 and it's almost 4 years old and it's around my thighs I had cut it above my shoulders and everyone tells me to leave it long but for me it is hell to have it long since it is a lot of hair and I have a hard time I get heat strokes and it makes it very uncomfortable to lower my head because it falls on my face, but short and long hair still looks good on me.
