The male appears to be taking photos the female ends up sat on the wall as a train departs.Neither are wearing high vis which might have indicated that they had permission.The wearing of high vis doesn't of course always mean this.
What is it about narrow gauge railways that makes people think it's perfectly OK to wonder about on running lines?

@@andycruickshank1671 along the cob you can walk freely on the sea bank. There's plenty of staff about who will soon tell you to move!
