The project is moving a long welll
Hopefully more trees will be planted close to the homes , for shade from the sun and more oxygen

I recall a video that you showed about water damage at your home due to the lack of damp proofing that was done during construction . Among the many great things that they have done at MCC which was influential to me in buying in to the project is that they damp proof the homes to prevent this from happening in the first place. The process was shown in one of Eric’s videos. It is evident that attention to detail was paid in the construction of these homes. Great Video, it is going to be a great community. We just need as you say to get buts there.

People in Africa tend not to build /work with protective gear, so u never find it happening. Even if u supply or suggest it,they don't feel comfortable wearing protective gear. I'm sure he gave them, they wouldn't use them.

@TheChariot99 In the Harmattan heat one should be prepared to have sweaty feet in rubber boots.
At least with the porous & breathing textile socks the dry weather & low humidity will have feet not soaked in sweat.
