Welcome to the world Ziggy!!!!!! I am glad to hear you are doing well. Sounds like the lady at the health department knew what she was talking about after all. Glad you did ok. Egg whites, spinach, beans, chard, nuts and whey also have an inhibitor effect on the absorption of iron…as well as poly phenols. So things like black tea, coffee, legumes…sooo so glad to hear your levels came back up! God is good!
The lady at the health department gave me iron pills with 4 different dyes and two preservatives, all of which have ties to cancers and autoimmune diseases. After taking them for one day, I vomitted and had diarrhea. I found clean iron pills elsewhere

Oh I’m in tears! I chatted with you on my Birthday July 11th you answered my question about what your favorite ferments where. That little chat was such a blessing to my heart on my birthday but you had been on my mind before you answered my question about ferments. As soon as we where done chatting I just started praying for you with an urgency but I was at peace. I had been having some of my own feelings about doors closing that day. I didn’t know why at the time but God is good.

Congratulations, welcome to the world Ziggy! As a nurse, I see so many people with low iron and have ordered iron infusions many times. Normally, it takes weeks for an iron level to recover on oral meds and diet change. This is truly a miracle that happened for you Jill. 🙏 ❤ I am so happy you were able to have the birth you had envisioned.

This was so good! I was reliving some of my own birth story with my one boy, too, which, like your pregnancy, was perfect and I was healthier than I've ever been before or since... Until the last two weeks. All the same emotions...
God is so good and I'm glad He made a way for us both to have our boys at home, like we wanted, though like you said, if you had to go to the hospital God would have had a purpose in that too.
I'm so proud of you and what your body did and the miracle God gave you, not only in Ziggy's arrival but also in the preparation for it!
