Good. The deep breathing will lower your heart rate, and help you feel more relaxed.

Hi Jimmy. I find your videos very helpful so first of all - thanks very much. I wondered if you could do a video about speaking while breathing correctly? There are quite a lot of videos on how to breathe properly but not necassarily on how to combine the two together, eg. reading certain sentences, texts while showing how to breathe properly. I find I hold my breath when I speak in front of an audience and although I practice breathing I still don't seem to be getting better when actually speaking

During public speaking I usually go out of breath and become nervous, kindly suggest to me what to do?

You want to initially control your breathing, this will help to manage the anxiety by lowering your heart rate and releasing endorphins if you do it properly.

Yes of course. Taking a breath in through your nose just gives you more time to centre yourslef.

Thank you. Our voice is a great gift. Every good and perfect gift comes from the Father of Lights. The best gift of all is the Living Word Which became flesh and died for us so that we might have everlasting life. When we wait on His love, our fears are cast away giving us control over our entire being including our voice.

An interesting take. Not sure I'd agree with you from a physiological perspective, but thanks for sharing.
