It's funny how early today I ate a patty and it's from the jamaican restaurant in Jamaica called Tastee. They made the best patties. As a Jamaican myself currently living in Jamaica I will learn from the great chef Quang Tran on how to make my own Patty. Quang you should try those with cheese too. Cheese patty is good too.

I have to make this. I have been dying for a Jamaican beef patty for years and This recipe looks spot on the consistency of the meat exactly looks like the ones I had in Jamaica.
Everything is great man each time u make it better and better. Only think ur dough is too wet so ur crust may not be as flaky
