- You time is finite. Your tasks are not. In this video I share how I've moved from basic task lists to role-based lists in Reminders. This video is all about not only getting things done, but more importantly, getting the right things done. It's a short video but worth a watch.

I thoroughly enjoy riches, patient and calm explanations and feel that there is no one doing this better than he.
Wow! Thanks so much.
Hi Rich!
You are pretty savvy using the reminders app and making it work for you. Always enjoy your videos and learn something new. Thanks for insight. Kindness, Teresa
Thanks Rich. Always good to hear your ideas.
Another excellent video! Thanks for making/sharing!
This is awesome! Helped me a lot with these things. Was struggling until I saw this video. It helped so so much. Thank you Rich!
Insightful. Thank you.
Thank you.
Great implementation Rich! Good luck with it.
Based on one of your former videos, I use the daily approach. I really like this more conceptual approach and prioritizing the important things, including rest and health. I WAY overbook myself! What a wonderful idea to pull the calendar to a split screen, that tip is gold. Many thanks for this very informative and useful information and most of all, how to apply it to Reminders.
Thanks. Glad it was helpful.
Rich - Questions:
1. When you add the tasks to your calendar like this - does it automatically set the date/time on the reminder side as well? I use most of my reminders with a date/time for the alert to pop up on my phone/iPad/Mac (active device). Or is the Calendar reminder/alert the one that is triggered?
2. Do you have to go back into the reminder app to mark each as closed/completed?
Hi.... sir make a video on how to use and work with Pages app in iPad... thank you.... have a nice day.
I just got a new iPad after years of an old one. It’s hard for me to get used to it including the fact that I cannot get the same text messages on both my iPhone and iPad. I keep asking Siri how to do it but… As you’vesaid in a recent video Siri is acting wacko. Please help.
Hi Rich Thank you for your support but I have a question about Tech Support on how use full my I-PAD 9th gen. Will be when my Tech Support runs out and can I still use it. For doing E-Mail’s and going on UA-cam? Thank you, John
Where is your starting screen. How to I get there to see and follow your steps?
I am a senior, I have some basic knowledge of using the iPad…recently I have tried to highlight text of my notes….I just can’t seem to get it….I would really appreciate your help…
Hello, I was looking at the Reminders app on my iPhone while trying to follow along and it looks a lot different than what you’re showing on the iPad.
Another suggestion for time management? Set video speed to 1.75 🤣
Interesting but too complicated and time-consuming. Simpler is better.
