Selling bennacer will be a mistake. Mark my words. He just got back of an injury. He will do great this upcoming season. Don't make a Cdk miss...they've been bad for half a season and now they need to go right? The management is getting too cocky. We've had great signings but they think that we'll be on a roll now.. this is a dumb decision. Morata should stay away aswell.

Im tired of this club, Morata is not a great striker. He does not improve the team. We are making things complicated. Get Thiago Santos, Fofana, one more CB and go all out for a striker. Someone who can provide 18 goals min a season. 20 mil for Emerson is too much. He is terrible defensively. Someone who doesnt start for spurs.😢 Malick must stay, 40 mil is not too much. Worse players are valued higher. He's young, played at the highest level and proven.

Morata wouldn't be my preferred choice but at that price, I won't mind him as an added striker along with a strong profile. Fofana offers looks to be in now at €12m though 😳 I do think Emerson is coming to Milan, haven't seen enough of him but the feedback on him continues to be weak! With Thiaw, I think €40m might be a good price.
The thing people don't talk about alot is that Thiaw has his first child this season which can have a big effect. When Theo's first was born he had a pretty big dip in form as well (not saying Thiaw and Theo are the same in skill). I think Thiaw will bounce back this season, but if Newcastle really put a bid of 40 for Thiaw I hope Milan accept.
If Calafiori is heading to Arsenal. Milan should be fast and snap Jakub Kiwior from arsenal. We need a left footed CB.
I 'd prefer Morata over Lukaku on any day. We relied on Giroud @37,Morata 31 yrs for 13m is a cool deal. He has so much experience we could count on. He can play more with his feet unlike Giroud. We need such experience players this season. Players like Morata can hurt Inter,Juve and the rest during crucial moments. We have enough young talents, let's get more experienced players as mix.
All the management had to do is find 1 profile the fans don't want like Morata, then find an even worse profile in lukaku, Compare the two and put the worse name in the market using journalists and institutionalise the Fans into taking the Better of 2 bad options that were never good enough in the first place. Despite what Ibra has said, Milan will have to sell 1-2 players (my guess is a midfielder and/or defender) to finance a mercato worth writing home about. This along with the Euros, and prioritizing the implementation of the new coaching staff - are the reasons for the lack of movement at present.
I’m not convinced Zirkzee is coming to Milan or that he’s needed. I much prefer the profile of Morata who can still provide - quality 70-80 minutes, versatility, speed, intelligent pressing, rare technical quality - not to mention much needed leadership. In addition, I have a feeling Milan are targeting a big body striker as well.
Other than a technical fullback, Milan desperately need a defensive midfielder if they’re to avoid conceding as many goals as they did last year. Gonna be a busy second half of July.

I think the sales will be of the smaller profile and not the big name players. I do think as well that the Euros slowed down the mercato mostly because all profiles Milan were chasing happened to be playing there.
The fear with the Emerson as technical fullback is that he does not hold a good reputation on the defensive side. The management has the fans stressed for sure with their positions right now!
@@footballkush With an annual revenue of €450 and small profit of €6M - Milan is the only profitable club in Serie A - but not nearly enough to invest in a meaningful mercato, youth sector and infrastructure. While this amount doesn’t include prize money from having reached 2nd and along with that a CL berth - I believe Milan will have sell to invest.
Now, I agree with you that it won’t be any of the big three (Leao, Theo and Mike) - but I would definitely consider Bennacer sellable, as he can no longer reach peak physical capacity required to play at Milan.
As for Emerson - I’m not too worried at all. He’ll be playing higher up the pitch to the point he overlaps with Pulisic to create an overload, while Loftus-Cheek drops with the other two midfielders to cover the width of the pitch and defend transitions; in the defensive phase, Fonseca will have him play departmental/zonal defence which he can manage well; finally, we must take note of why Fonseca was brought in as a coach ahead of everyone else - and that is individual player development. Keep up the good work, your assessments and analysis have improved greatly.
I'm excited about the Royal signing. He's shown the pedigree is there and if the drive is there he will be a bargain like the signings last season.
If Milan have not paid the 15m to Zirkzee's agent out of principle it would not be a good sign if they then paid it because they don't have to pay Pioli. They would lose future leverage. Morata won't bring sell on value but would be a solid signing.
If someone puts an offer of 40m for Thiaw in front of you, take it and run away as fast as you can. Really disappointed Milan didn't get in on Calafiori, seemed a perfect fit for what the defense needed.

I'm not a fan of getting Morata at 15 mill. Especially with his age because at best he will ask for a 3 year contract more likely a 4 or 5. Giroud is the exception not the rule on 35+ strikers. Also it was Morata's best season last season so I dont want to take the gamble that he has anything like that left in his tank when he's proven outside last season to only be a 10 goal a season striker.
If we just want 10 goals from our striker then bring somebody up from the youth team for free. You only buy somebody with 20 as a good bet not a hope.

I’m a spurs fan and I can tell you unequivocally that Emerson is a great personality in the locker room and good athlete but he just doesn’t fit anges system at all! He does t tuck inside well and is better used to stretch lines outside and on touch line.
People are like “he’s bad.” He’s not. Just like you said, he doesn’t fit Ange’s system. People predicted that day 1 when Ange started playing with inverted wingbacks. Emerson is a wide player and would likely thrive under Fonseca

I’m not against Morata but not happy if this is happening either, he has experience yes but is he that world class striker Milan needs? Definitely not! Okay, it'll be easy to ignore this but I won't - the whole point of this channel is to interact with those who disagree.
Firstly, sorry about the music.
Secondly, I am not sure what being a "mess" means. If you are talking on the field, they finished in 2nd place with a porous DF and absence of a CDM. When it comes to off the field, they are turning a profit which is insane as it has happened for the first time in almost 20 years.They are the only club that can afford to pay Zirkzee's release in the league without selling a star player (like Osimhen). So I disagree they are a "mess".
Now, are there question marks about the decision making of the management, Yes, there are serious question marks. Why did Thuram slip through, why was no CB signed last year, why was no CDM brought on, why did all CF profiles fall through last summer. These profiles could've helped us make a stronger fight against Inter.
I have been hammering the management about lack of defensive additions since last summer friendlies - and that is not to get a cookie from the Cardinale haters - it is because we genuinely lacked in that department.
The frustrations against the management are fair but losing our collective s after 2 days of the mercato is a wild overreaction. And calling the club a "mess" is contradictory to all facts and numbers and just dramatic.
Kia months ago wanted 6 mln of commission and Milan said no and then around april/may he started to ask 15 mln becouse now they value him 50 + mln so they asking it for match the amount of money missing by the release clause which a big part of it will go to zirkzee, if zirkzee want he can low that 15 but again Milan management said no when the commission was only 6 so as always they always think to be the smart one but end up being the foolish
