Ren was mis diagnosed for years with mental illness, until because of all the incorrectly prescribed drugs it caused mental illness, eventually being correctly diagnosed with limes disease, he is still having treatment for the damaged it caused, you really should check out more of his work as he is a multitalented musician, rapper, song writer, producer, videographer, beatboxer and lyrical genius, btw that was live and done in one take. I would say check out The Hunger or Genesis, he has a big back catalog including some incredible duets with Chinchilla and Sam Tompkins, plus his band The big push (doing I shot the sheriff), Ren doesnt really have a Genre, he is one
It's his instrumental ability that keeps coming back to Fire & Bullet off Freckled Angels because it's all him just mixed together. I use Fire for a fun warmup tune when behind the kit. Great comment 🤙

Guys, just found this channel cause of your Ren reaction. Being from the UK, im shocked you havent heard of him. He's Welsh, but from Brighton. I liked the reaction, you guys seem to get it.

This video was made for around £50 quid for the camera his mate Samuel Perry Falvey bought and filmed in the basement of a mates flat, and is all LIVE. He loves doing live videos particularly one take....it's what hes become known for over this last year of his sudden fame
Ren is self taught after being confined to his bedroom for years due to autoimmunity disease as a result of misdiagnosed Lyme Disease. He is an all round rarity in that he's a complete performer from acting to teaching himself as many instruments as he could get his hands on from youtube videos to writing all his own beats. He's a phenomenon and totally independent too
Ren loves reactors and won't block any of his videos and has stated often that should your video for some reason be blocked, just msg him and he'll sort it for you. He even put out a thank you video when he reached 1million subscribers thanking his fans and all the reactors that allowed him to blow up the way he has

Welcome to the Renaissance! Ren is my favourite artist of all time. I say artist because he is a multifaceted diamond! From singing (all styles) to rapping (bars/flows/schemes for days), Bardcore (story telling) beatbox, makes his own beats, scatting and a multi instrumentalist (guitars, bass, drums, melodica and more). On top of that he is the most beautiful human being inside and out who has been through and continues to go through absolute hell.
Ren is 33 from Anglesey, Wales originally but spent most his life in Brighton, England. He has been very ill for years, at one point being completely bed ridden. He was misdiagnosed for years, being told he was bipolar, had M.E and more and was prescribed medications that made him worse and ended up in psychosis. It turns out Ren had Lyme disease which has caused havoc on his body. He’s been living in Calgary, Canada all year receiving intense medical treatment for his brain damage and mast cell activation disorder amongst other things that were caused by the Lyme disease.
He started off making beats at 12 and selling CDs then moved on to busking. He was part of a band called Trick The Fox and was signed to Sony but they didn’t renew the contract after his health deteriorated. He then started The Big Push. They went on hiatus the end of last year after 5 years partly due to his move to Canada and also because the other members are also soloists and were moving around too.

I love this play list! Start at the top and enjoy the ride. Know that some of his songs are dark but still the most beautiful music I've ever heard. my connection to this song is only the similarity of struggle,,
i'm undiagnosed autistic and have struggled with being a bit weird my whole life i had to start my own business because i had problems holding a job with sleep disorders and high ethics.. but managed to stay in business the last 40 years without needing to advertise or even carry a card, i run a lawn and tree service, a 1st responder thru 40 years of hurricanes in fla ,and do all phases of construction and kind of an inventor on the side, after six years of development i figured out a disaster response product that could help millions worldwide .. then my insurance agent forgot to post a payment back in 2020 and the state took everything i worked the last 40 years for away .. stuck at home like a prisoner i came online and saw people helping others so i started making videos explaining what i was. trying to do to get help, and found out if the platform your uploading to doesn't promote you your just talking to your phone, and then i see stuff like this and get jealous because i will never write a song that gets peoples attn like this. so my chances of bringing my ideas to the world are fading. and it's scary as hell to think of all that could be, but it may all be lost because one person forgot to hit enter on there keyboard.. and my chances of succeeding alone are close to those of getting out of quicksand alone..

Personally, I would avoid using closed captions (CC) in music videos in a language that I (you) are fluent in, mostly because the AI will either mess the diction or the timing, most times both. A lot of Ren's videos have a human synced closed caption (lyrics), but unfortunately that is not the case with this video.
