This was a great work out, and it's much better than instant shot of coffee. For suryanamaskar, in second routine - when left leg is up, is it the left arm up or right arm up? I think in both (left/right leg back) situation the right arm went up.

At 4:37, we are first touching head to side and THEN stretching, such a deeper and brillant stretch on the side of the waist, deeper than just stretching to the side DIRECTLY. Such small moves and additions are what makes your Style unique! 💕💞
The video mentions twice that we are going to do kapalabhati to start. There is also a pop up link that appears if you don't know kapalabhati and have to learn it.

So to answer your question you are supposed to be doing kapalabhati. If you don't know how to do it there's an instructional video for that as well.
