Hello, Thank You For Sharing Your Healthy Grocery Haul. I Shop Like You Do. Healthy With A Sprinkle Of Treats Too. I Love Aldi's Because They Have So Many Healthy Foods. The 90 Second Rice The Quinoa/Brown Rice Is Very Good. They Also Have Brown Rice. I've Never Seen The Jasmine Brown Rice At My Aldi's Though. The Organic Grass Fed Meats Are Delicious Too. I Just Did A Grocery Haul About 2 Days Ago At My Local Grocery Store But I Need To Get To My Aldi's Next. The Prices And Quality At Aldi's Cannot Be Beat. Anyway, Glad To See Other People Are Doing The Healthy Thing. Have A Happy Healthy New Year. May God Bless You And Your Family And Any Fur Babies You Might Have Too. 👍👍👍😺🐶😺🐶🙏🙏🙏🥗🥗🥗🍎🍎🍎🍐🥦🥦🥦🍠🍠
I want to try the salmon like you fix it! Thanks for the tips on the items you got at Aldi and you got such great prices on your produce at the outlet! Great haul!
Your haul and your enthusiasm for improving your own health priorities is great!!!!You are a young woman who needs to feel her best for herself and her family! Most new mommies focus on the baby more the first year!!"Happy New Year"to you and your family.😁❤🙏❤
Ugh you made me miss aldis! I used to go there to buy our groceries every two weeks! And make it a day! I would wake up early from the kids to school clean out my fridge so it would be ready for when i got back with groceries ❤ and across the aldis that I would go to there was a Chick-fil-A restaurant so I would stop there to get a spicy chicken sandwich 😭❤️ I love living in Japan but some things I Definitely miss from the states ❤
I also put bread from the stores in the freezer and take out slices to toast as needed. FYI, By doing that it lowers the glycemic levels and breaks down the gluten making it easier on our stomachs. I’ve been doing this a long time now and can 100% tell a difference in the way I feel after consuming it versus a fresh loaf from the store that I grab a piece from. Big difference. Plus I don’t feel compelled to eat the loaf quick so it doesn’t go bad. Win win 🙌🏻
New subscriber, Happy New Year to you and your family! I hope you watch Flave City, Bobby has great healthily recommendations on a lot of foods, we watch this all of the time!
Love your videos. We have found storing our fruit in glass ball jars with the flat lids & rings make it last so much longer don't know if you do this but if not it works great.
@genevievelynn737 I know that I would put a paper towels in bottom of my jar to soak up any liquid which I think helped but it was always good to see those fresh fruits in the fridge plus have you tried taking lettuce & remove extra leaves the wrap in paper towels & foil it will lastfor 3 weeks . I did this & lettuce was fresh & crunchy after 3 weeks.
Great haul! Looking forward to hear more about your journey. We try to eat a whole food diet as well and with the holidays we tend to fall off tract too. Just a suggestion to save money.. you can make your own sauce, very easy to do. I but the tall glass bottles of just crushed tomato, there is usually nothing it them, I will sauté an onion , about 2 shredded carrots and garlic then add about 4 jars of the tomato to a large pot, add my spices and a 2 dried bay leaves and that’s it. I will simmer that for about half an hour or so. Once it’s cooled I will decant it into jars, small ones for pizza’s and medium sized for pasta and other meals. And I will freeze them. If I want a meat sauce I just defrost a jar and cook the meat. The carrots are used to sweeten the tomato to take away the acidity without adding processed sugar. Looking forward to your videos for 2025, Happy New Year!
Hi! Thanks for watching! The produce is already mostly gone - most of the meats went to the freezer :) We are still using most of these items a week later!
Omg yes we did it for like 4 weeks! It was so motivating!!! We of course didn’t use EVERYTHING but it was a great challenge for us! I thoroughly enjoyed it lol
I shop at Aldi's as well. I stopped buying the Almond milk as it's not really Almond Milk. Read the ingredients. I was rather surprised. I'm now attempting to make my own at home if I can source Almonds at a reasonable price. I will sprout the raw Almonds first. Aldi's has an awesome organic Brown Rice and Quinoa pasta in Fusili and penne. It's my go to pasta for a quick meal.
Love seeing other people’s Aldi hauls & can’t wait too see how you use them! Thanks 😊
Thanks for watching!

You can also cook the apples down in the crackpot, with the peels on. Blend with an immersion blender, and you have applesauce.😊
Oh brilliant I completely forgot I could throw them in crockpot! Thank you!!!

I tried this before and didn’t have success, I’m not sure why!

My daughter said it didn’t work for her but my strawberries lasted a month. Rinse only and leave stems.
