in general we can say that ricoh is the 'pariah' of japanese watches. its popularity and reputation waaaaaaaaay lower than seiko, citizen, or orient. In my opinion, even lower than Alba - seiko's sub brand. After seeing this video, more I don't like ricoh, too many un- necessaried useless complication.
The predecessor of Ricoh watches was a company called "Takano Seimitsu". So the brand was also "Takano".

It will be almost impossible to find genuine parts for the watch. Finding a generic glass with the same diameter will be reasonable.
