Idea for your outlets. I had a built in fireplace wall put in years ago. I had them install the outlets in the closed cupboard on the bottom and they drilled a small hole up into the shelf above. That allows me to plug a small lamp in while hiding the cord down in the cupboard. Twenty years later I still love that feature.

The picture frame completes the space above the fireplace. I too am looking for a frame and loved your work. Cannot wait to see what's in store for us as you begin your work in LA.
It looks great McCenna! Girl you should really explore wax. You put on clear wax, buff it up then add dark wax. It would do your low deep creavis & then you wipe buff the dark wax. The clear coat first controls the dark wax. Then you can put your rub & buff on. It's also sorta wax but grabs much more than just a regular furniture wax. This would work well on the fireplace mantel as well. The wax is a sealed finish on its own. Wax is the last thing you put on. Its a very nice spealer & makes it easy to clean & wipe off dust & such. I watch from Namibia and you're the perfect start to a new week.
It’s just amazing that you can throw together some scraps and trim pieces to make a that beautiful frame! ❤😮
Oh my goodness the frame is so beautiful. That was such an interesting process. All that thrifted stuff has saved you a bundle. Your are amazing🥰
I love the whole vibe of this living room!!😍 I also found it funny how you said, "we are going to stop by California for fabric" hehe love the commitment to getting the perfect fabric 😅
That Kinsley … she is the cutest girl . Love the tv frame looks so good ❤.
Love, love, love the picture frame on the TV. Wish you could have stayed longer at the cottage. I would have loved to see some landscaping around the house. Are you planning to install one step from the porch to the walkway? I so wanted to see the last cabinet finished in the kitchen. When do you plan to go back to Texas?
The frame is beautiful and that fabric is gorgeous!!! I keep thinking peacock undertones for some reason it's so mesmerizing
I think you should raise the TV a little bit. It felt close before, but even more so with the frame. If you leave it where it is when you decorate for Christmas the garland is going to cover the bottom few inches of the TV.
TV frame turned out great!!❤🎉🎉❤ I know the brown velvet is gonna look wonderful. Cant wait to see your new walls after the paint job......please go with Bold pops of color, opposite of your dark and moody cottage. I feel like pops of color drastically increases your mood. 😊
IN LOVE WITH THE FRAME!!
MaCenna, The frame is stunning. You amaze me how you make everything look so easy! I love your enthusiastic personality, how you organize and tackle each project with gusto! You're truly my inspiration and happy place. :)
I have been watching your videos for years now, but I swear I lived for the moment you added trimming in the leaving room😂 I feel sooo accomplished.
Your TV frame and light are beautiful, perfect, and clever!
The frame is stunning. Definitely makes the tv flower image look like a painting. Amazing as always. 😊
MaCenna when the finishing touches are done the livingroom will be magazine worthy. I absolutely 💯 love this room. The chairs and window treatments are going to pull the space all together. Love, love the framed TV. ❤
