I have to comment because I have the same book and Picatrix cards waiting to start the walk next week. I'm also using The Hermetic Tarot. I know the decans pretty well, but it's fun to purposely do a study and read books, etc.

I just ordered the Tabula Mundi as Ive wanted it for a long time. Ive ordered 36 Secrets too. I will accompany the journey with the same astrology deck as shown and for Goddess connection Ill use Ellen Lorenzi Prince Greek Goddess deck as I already have it Plus I have that moon calendar as well and need a way to use it so this is the perfect fit.

@@MarleneTheresa Yes, me too😃! Thanks to you I already found out that I have a book by Corrine Jenner: Tarot and Astrology which I bought almost a year ago🥴... It's great! I spent some time today reading it. I've already known that 2 of Wands correspond to the Emperor and Tower cards but somehow I never connected those pictures together but C.Kenner is right- the 2 of Wands depicts the young Emperor standing on the top flank of the Tower- so obvious and so brilliant😄... I think we all will have a good fun during this upcoming 12 months 😚!

I’m happy to see you are doing it as well! Although I do follow True Sidereal Astrology and this doesn’t match up I am doing it to follow the system of Tarot and it’s decan associations.

So, I been hearing about this for a while now however u got me interested in actually doing it. I pulled out my Journey of the Sacred Bee and it has all the signs on the card as well as in the guidebook. Interesting approach to astrology which I know nothing of. So, thanks!

I bought 36 secrets book last year to do a decan walk and got only a few months in and fell off the wagon.. I love this community of decan study! It will keep me accountable! I will be using the Tabula Mundi Tarot and the Thoth ❤

This sounds like a great layer for me to add to my studies. I'm especially intrigued by The Christos Sun Meditations book. I don't know that I can get it right now, but it is going on my to-buy list. I also still need to find a Toth-inspired deck that speaks to me.

I like this idea so much! I feel like I'm kind of at saturation in terms of my astrology engagement/study right now but I feel like maybe next year will be the right time for a decan walk for me. Though... I'm *really* tempted and may change my mind in the next few days and join in! ❤😊

I found a book that has decanates in it. Compendium of Astrology by Rose Lineman and Jan Popelka.

Love that I just stumbled across this! I finally decided to go ahead and do a Decan Walk this year and have been following along in Susan Chang's book. I also made a sweet notion template that automatically updates to reflect the current decan, if anybody's a notion nerd let me know and I can give you a link to duplicate the template!

Make sure you grab a copy of Liber T: Tarot of the Stars eternal. The Decan Imagery is on the cards above the Thoth renderings.
Oooh, I'm so intrigued. I'm looking into it! When you say "Decan imagery" what exactly do you mean? From a flip through I saw, it doesn't seem to match Picatrix. What is the inspiration for the imagery? Looks like Egyptian Mythology, maybe?
@@MarleneTheresa it uses imagery from Picatrix, Agrippa, and some others. There’s a pdf guide floating around the internet by Scion for it

Just bought 36 Secrets: A Decanic Journey Through the Minor Arcana of the Tarot. I am so excited to go on the journey. Especially since it starts on my birthday March 21st. I'm looking forward to getting a new insight into the cards and the astrology component which has started to become really profound for me.

I’m so excited to start this! My walk is going to be more a stroll, but I’m still excited to participate and connect with the community through the decan walk! The decks I’ll be using are primarily the Thoth and Tarot of Vampyres
