I have the 400s Pro. I'm sending them into repair for the 2nd time. I'm thinking of selling these and buying the Cosmo C1. Hopefully, they're more reliable. Aluminum threads on the 400s pro's cold shoe are an obvious design flaw.
Great review. We also have a 400s. I think we will get a C1. We had some drop out issue recently with the 400s. I'm thinking we needed more height on the line of sight plus maybe we can upgrade the antennas to the same that are on the C1?
Listen, Michael, I love your work, man. But it took WAAAAAAY too long to find out the latency on this device. The only spec that really even matters to me! I considered just bailing and looking it up on the web!
Great breakdown. I just bought an Irix set too so seeing the 150 on your camera was great. 2 questions: Can you link those Vmount batteries with the back mount? and 2, when connecting it to the computer (through say, zoom) does it also transmit the audio?
Quick question: for live-streaming, are you able to record simultaneously to an internal memory card for later post processing of the video if needed? Thanks in advance for your input.
Seeing this rig makes me physically ILL!!!! So many build outs, too many cables, batteries, rig, cage … etc …. I’d personally go with a Ronin 4D…. An all in one eco system that actually works 10/10.
Lol clearly you like more minimal run and gun style which is fine. But this isn’t that many cables or stuff if you look at RED/ARRI rigged setups there is even more stuff going on haba

Really well done. Thank you. Exactly what I needed. QUESTION: When outputting the RX usb-C can you also output SDI or HDMI?
What v mount battery are you using? I'd like to mount my transmitter to the back in the same way.

That’s totally fair. I appreciate the feedback!
What about the latency? Is unstable

@michael tobin can you tell us about the battery, the Vmount?
@@REC.709 I'm looking for the same info if you find an answer.
PRO-X XP-L70V V Mount Battery 70Wh
Do you have a video detailing this rig setup?
i thought u would mention how the stability of "1000" feet, and the video quality....
Hello,
Are you able to pair another transmitter to the kit?
Do they work together well when running with multiple sets?
Quick question: for live-streaming, are you able to record simultaneously

Yup! You would record to a card like normal and then do a clean feed out through HDMI to whatever computer and live stream software you wanted.
C1 only works for 1 rx, but cost higher than 400s pro...what the hell???
