    Just filled out the application. Thank you for the content. Very helpful. Can you recommend drills as to what you would tell this kid to keep his front shoulder down and hands up. I know with muscle memory it can be very hard to overcome these things

    Great information Brother Jermaine. I would love to have you do an analysis on my 12u son's swing. He wants to be more consistent at line drives and add some power to his swing. Let us know if it's something you can do for him?

    Hitting is from the ground up. Shoulders will follow the hips. Flatten the hips, bat path will follow.
    That is a pretty sweet swing though

    My son plays travel baseball. He makes contact very well and has great eyes but he struggles on swinging. He kinda hacks at the ball like swings down. He gets a lot of grounders in the dirt. He’s fast so he kinda get in base and beats some of those out.
