Nice review, thanks for checking this out! Still, I gotta go back to EGO. The pole saw I have attaches to a power head that is also my edger and hedge trimmer (I had already bought a stand-alone trimmer so I don't need that for the power head but it is available). Also, I can add one or two extension pieces to get even longer on the pole saw or hedge trimmer. It all comes apart with no tools. Still, I will concede the EGO is in the higher tier price range and, therefore, not for everyone. Nice to see products with good capability available in other price ranges. Again, thanks! :)
I own the Milwaukee beast multi, chain saw, hedge trimmer, string trimmer and one extension. It sections are well build for professional. Uses the standard big M batteries. It’s just a BEAST!
The biggest disadvantage I see with Toro's implementation is the fixed length. Most other saws on the market (even the cheapie B&D) have extensions that you can install or remove to adjust the length of the saw. Others have a telescopic section. Either way you have some adjustment. Not so here. I believe the new Dewalt pole saw mentions in the manual using the buck plate as a hook to pull down stuck limbs. On that saw the hook is metal. As you know the pull hook on the Milwaukee saw is also metal and designed to pull on limbs.
I know that the extendable ones do not hold up well to pulling. I did not want to come out and openly bash any particular ones. Just emphasizing what this does best.
This does not have enough reach to be useful for me. Build quality looks cheap too. I'll take my Milwaukee with extension. I also use a 21 foot Silky Hayauchi manual pole saw for high reach limbs. That's a deadly combination
Great, informative video. Thanks for taking the time to make it and share with us!
Totally agree put it together and leave it that way don't like the wire idea just a braking point thanks Brain

It is! Don't use it to pull big limbs. Hence why I have this.

Great video. God Bless😊
Nice review thanks!
I have tied a few battery pole saws . Did not like any of them . Prefer the shindaiwa pole saw it’s fast and starts right up .

Looks cheaply made. Like a toy.
