First time trying this one! (New follower 👋) Static Crawl is really hard, and also hard on my weak wrists. I wonder if there is an alternative move for that? Thank you for sharing your knowledge 🙏🏻
Yeah, I loved that too! Speaking your humility early on in the ab practice and then showing your uncertainty and progression on the backflip were the real lessons in this vid.
Dear Josh, after many years trying tons of workouts, training and challenges your daily program got me rid of my stiff hip. It was stiff for at least 3 years and I did not even notice it, physicians treated me wrong, doctors gave me painkillers. Its so simple... just move smoothly and relax. Danke Bruder! (thx bro)
I was looking for morning routine for so long, there are many morning routines out there but no one gets me out of the bed until I have watched your channel. Now every morning I am looking forward for the morning routine/ritual. I feel like newborn after that. Thank you man!
Incredible movements, beautiful form, a joy to watch the artistry, strength, and gentleness you bring to your work. You're inspiring me to start to move my body in ways it speaks to me.
Been following two of your ab workouts, alternating daily, followed by one of your stretching routines, for four weeks. I have made great gains in a short time, stronger, more flexible and improved balance, and this is just the beggining of my journey. Thanks for sharing. God bless you!
Hi, I´m Tarin from Venezuela, but living in Chile now. I want to thank you because I thought that because of my menopause and my age ( 47) already I would not be able to achieve these movements. Thanks a lot . I even had some trouble with my swollen feet, but I bought the right shoes and tried these movements. It is very important for me to be able to move properly every day. I am very thankful for sharing what you know with us. I feel humble(If I understood) Been and old woman now a days is easier with these consciously way to improve flexibility in my body. I have seen a lot of changes in my core too. XOXO from Chile .
I really appreciate how your content invites us to explore movement at our own pace. So many workout videos end up discouraging me because I can't keep up with the instructor and to be honest even when I was thinner and going to the gym 4 to 5 times a week I have always felt I had little flexibility and poor balance. I tried some crawling today outside and actually managed to do it for a bit. I have also ordered a rope from Way of Rope.
2 am work out after work. You inspire me with these man. Seeing gains and improvement on my road to be below 300 pound journey. Already lost 26. Seeing so much core and ease of life movement stuff. Thank you so much man you help people 🙏❤💙😊♥☺🙏❤💙
I just love watching and learning for your videos. I have been incorporating various moves into my fitness regime. I have ben trying hopping up to platforms at the gym which I never thought I would be able to do but I can no do the medium high level. I started with 6 inches. I am up to 3 sets of 10 hop ups. Amazing for a man that has had leg issues, a shoulder injury (Today was my year anniversary of surgery). I am doing great and your vids have given me some new ways to toughen up my shoulders and core, I have been doing sprint intervals . I am up to 5, 10 total rounds around the gym track. I am 69 and not giving up on total fitness. I like your fitness philosophy.
As a beginner who hates the traditional ab rountines (i can never feel the burn in my abs as they arent strong enough and I just get frustrated), this routine i could actually do and felt every bit of it! Thank you for this - recently stumbled upon your channel and am loving your approach!
There's so much more than lifting weights and having muscles, cardio High intensity, streching and using your own body for strenght is what real workout is! Your doing a great job!
What a great video, Josh... truly a beginner's work out. So often, that tag is used and it's not really what my concept of beginner is. I tried this, not being a beginner, but an intermediate, and it was perfect, exactly what *should* be "prescribed" by anyone suggesting ab and core and glute work for a beginner: not too hard, yet involving challenges. Most excellent work seriously, and kudos to you for ALL of your efforts. This isn't the only video of yours I've watched (followed you over from Matt's Upright Health channel, another awesome resource) but now I am subscribed. Love love love your work. (And, I'm nice and warm this morning, though the outdoor temp here is only 1 degree Fahrenheit.
Was great, not too hard! The 10 minute one where you do the extended hollow hold is crazy! That one humbles me,I can do it but damn it’s tough! Keep up the amazing content!
i just wanted to say thank u for all your videos. I've discovered u a couple of months ago and following your videos (i live in Milan, Italy) is really helping me a lot physically and mentally in this very tough period staying working at home alone all the time....i'm 50 and your exercises are the right mix for me of flexibility , strenght mantainance and relax that i was looking for and never find before, great job!
Working my way out of a long time stuck APT, been doing dead bug and glute bridges for several weeks now (finally getting better!) and this is just what I need for the next step. Many thanks :-)
Love the video. Josh, when you have time, I think a lot of people would enjoy a video about the clothing that you wear. It’s been easy to find shoes that don’t restrict movement, but shorts and pants are harder to find. Whatever you’re wearing obviously don’t restrict you at all. I hate wearing pants to work that won’t even allow me to deep squat.. or they allow me, but then rip in a month
Excellent Bro'!! Thanks for sharing that skill building with us. I've been sharing you with my Son, his girlfriend & other friends & fam. I don't want to be a fan by myself. Love what you do. Keep up the generosity. Peace!
Im happy to see you wear Xeros. I’ve used your videos to help me get more functions ankles, feet and hips while transitioning to natural shoes. You’ve helped me so much
6:31 - 11:25 is what i wanne see on a highly different channel 😉 Cause it is huge!! Iam proud of myself that i subscribe to strength side!!!! Congrats to that tree backflip!! Peace brotha
Hi Josh, I find it really hard to engage my core in a lot of my exercises, especially the push ups. I am hoping these core exercises will help me. Love your use of nature to practice the flip. The background music was good too. You inspire me to reach for the skies. May the sun always shine on you ☀️ peace. X
An ab workout that's not a million pushups and crunches?? Yes, please! I did two rounds and will try and add more over time. Not so challenging that I couldn't fully complete it, but challenging enough to get a light sweat going. Perfect mini-workout.
It’s a nice routine to do in the morning as a nice light core exercise. I do hanging leg and knee raises combined with knee twists on parallel bars as part of my core workout.
Really like this and the morning routine. I had metal put in my wrist after a biking accident and its really difficult to flex it during a plank as it hurts - so I have to go up on my fists - I have to!
I love your vids, they feel so natural and right, its almost like something spiritual. Still today i must say this was too easy! i dont feel like i worked out the abs at all. Maybe after some months following you i have finally raised a level lol! i would love a harder abbs work out tho
Really nice intro, perfect for me. I'd love to see a video just on the amazing ground movements you were doing on the tennis court, looked incredible, and a really powerful workout!

Finally someone did a real beginner ab exercise.
I don’t know how this channel is not exploding already it’s the best in the world
I love how you broke down the moves at your own pace, prior to completing the tree flip. The ab workout is excellent! Thank you!
It's all about building up the courage. Thanks Melinda!

I know my comment has nothing to do with the exercise in general... But I have to say: I LOVE YOUR VOICE!!! Greetings from Germany... 🤗
