Good question! IDShield has some nice features. We have covered them in past videos. Their dark web monitoring is NOT good. Neither is the design/useability of their website. That said, it could be a great fit for you. It seems they have upgraded their insurance policy to $3M, and their identity restoration services are good. Every time we called to test them they performed well. If insurance coverage and identity restoration are the main things you are looking for, they could be a great fit!
It depends on the specific features you are after... For credit monitoring in an EU country - I do not know. For dark web monitoring, Aura will work for anyone from any country. For data broker opt-outs, I *think* Incogni currently offers the best coverage for EU citizens, or at least they advertise this more heavily. I believe DeleteMe now covers non-US citizens as well.

What about IDShield which has family coverage, $3M insurance and they Restore. Non of the others. do that. They do have 24/7 availablity.
