I run a b6.3D, a YZ2 cal3 and just purchased a LD2 and super impressed so far with the build and quality........I feel it is going to perform well! Looks stunning too......almost shelf queen looks!

I have a B6.3 and am looking at picking up a LD2 soon. You should do a back to back track run on both and tell us your thoughts after!

The front shock tops being smooth negate the need for shock protection so you don't damage the carpet should you crash upside down.
To remove the rear top shocks, I use a 5.5 mm Schumacher spanner (U4229( it slides behind the shock top and easily prys off the top then simply snap off the bottom mount, super quick which is critical for making changes between heats

    Hi Razor..great video as always
. as asked previously this week on the Q and A's which 2wd buggy has been your favorite so far?.. im glad that you cleared that up in this video. I got to drive the LD2 brand new out the box stock setup..on saturday and the B6.3 stock setup. I must admit that i think that the LD2 could be a slightly faster car and it definitely has a ton of steering that takes getting used to..its solid and jumps and lands so neutral..feels awesome. but i decided to go with the B6.3 although it doesnt have as much steering as the LD2 it is definitely a step up from my B6.2.. the B6.3 just feels slightly more aggressive and has more steering than the previous..bu it still feels like an AE car if that makes sense..and as i progressed in driving ability over the last 14 months since i started racing i think it just suits me perfectly now. And because of the support and maintenance..My only other concern is the durability of the LD2 as we have a large fast paced carpet track with big jumps that tend to be a little hard on the cars. I think the AE cars are just super tough. I have only broken a left front arm and one side of the rear wing mounts on the 6.2 since i started in RC 14 months ago.. even for a noob i couldnt kill that car. I do agree that the LD2 will perform better with a good driver behind the wheel. Awesome video and thanx for sharing your experience. It definitely is an Awesome buggy!! And i know my friend..who's brand new car i drove on saturday is gonna whipp my as$ with it lol.

stick to AE if you like replacing parts every weekend.
Once I went Schumacher, I never looked back.

Would you recommend this for a beginner who doesn't really want the same old brands I see all the time? Meaning losi and associated. Don't know if I'll ever race it I mainly just mess around I don't bash either so I'm not looking at getting something from Traxxas or Arma

Same dilemma here. Just got into rc again and been purchasing multiple brands. Just thinking the same, do I really need this just for general driving around.

How would those front tires work on black carpet? What tires are they

they're Proline Prism, might be too much traction for black carpet
