Love love you both and your vibe and have followed for a few years now - but def missing old format!! (Sorry 😢) I just feel like it feels more like a TV show where we get to follow along, see your personalities etc when you do actual vlogging. I don’t mind little bits of chats here and there but found it hard to stay entertained the past few videos :( also always loved the classic ones from home where you are just running errands, day in the life, take us along etc. those are the best!❤
Also want to add, probably would just prefer a podcast of you two vs these type of videos if regular blogs are too much because you are both fun and feel like your personality might shine through more that way sometimes perhaps? Love you both either way!
We honestly appreciate the feedback!! We’ve got a day in the life style vlog coming in a week or two! With our current schedule, it’s just difficult to produce a weekly vlog without feeling like we’re taking away from actually living life with our babies. As you can probably tell, our family is our number one priority but we miss the vlogs, too! Navigating finding a balance that works on all fronts so hope you stay tuned in the meantime! 🖤

LOL, can you imagine? I hadn't even noticed the change. I am far too busy with my own life to even notice when people post less or on a different schedule. I am just *glad* to get a video, once in a while, just to check in and see what's up. I just appreciate the effort and time that goes into making these. It's not easy! Technology has not moved that far along that uploading and editing are "done" in a couple seconds to a couple minutes. I mean this is like "old-school" internet where you spent an hour downloading your updates or programs that you wanted to install to your computer. Anyone even remember those days here? ;)
Great video! I personally don't mind the new format. Especially since I'm use to seeing it on other channels like The Bucket List Family and The East Family who by the way you should connect with, especially The East Family. Other people just aren't use to it. You should keep doing it that way. Some people may not like it, but at the end of the day you have to do what's best for you even if it means disappointing a few people in the process. You can't please everyone. Keep doing you and have a great rest of the week! ❤

I absolutely love you guys and your family and have been watching for years, but if I'm honest, I'm not a huge fan of this new format (sitting in bath, laying in bed, narration type vibe), a minute or so is okay. I loved your more edgy, arty vids. 😬 Don't hate me. Best bits are the clips in between showing real life and with granny Bobs and the kiddos, bit of scenery, some tunes. But I do love you guys and most likely will still be coming back whenever you do. 🤗❤🇿🇦

However, I do fully appreciate what you said about finding it difficult to do the vlogging whilst making sure you are fully present for the kids. Your family has obviously got to come first. But if possible, could you maybe show slightly longer clips in between the talking? Love you guys either way ❤️😀
Growing up in Lynn Valley, we went to Lynn Headwaters/30 foot pool all summer. It never gets warmer, lol. It was fun to get to see all the familiar places in your vlog! We love Stanley Park and Grouse and Granville Island!

IMO? Please focus on your acting career some more. These are not to miss opportunities when they offer you a part in a movie, no matter what movie (I mean TV or something like that). Work is work. I realize YT has its advantages (you can stay home with the kids), but I think the acting bug is hard to say no to, and you shouldn't if you don't feel like it. Don't let the comments bring you down, Shenae. Please don't even pay them any attention. You deserve to move forward in life, and if that means less videos, then that's what it is and what needs to be. There will be plenty of time to focus on YT later, but there's not so many years in an acting career (unless you're Harrison Ford LOL). Enjoy the making of your new movie. I wish you all the best. Love you guys, and I totally understand why you’re changing things up, but I do prefer the old vlogs better. I find myself re-visiting the old ones. These just feel like there is a disconnect. The whole point of vlogs is to see that persons day/week/time in their life and we’re hardly seeing that now. Again, completely understand why you decided to do that. I noticed the best vlogs you guys have done were when you just moved to Tennessee and we’re getting ready for Kingsley. They were longer and definitely felt like more of a snapshot into your lives. But it was also during Covid which really saw a spike in content creation out of necessity. Now that the world has opened up and there are more opportunities and abilities to connect with people - it makes sense that you want to change the format. It also makes sense that you want to change because it is very time consuming and sometimes you’re so busy filming the moment that you aren’t present in it. So no hate here from me, I understand you are trying to try a different approach, but I’m just not sure I’m a fan of this style. Have been watching your videos for years, and I’m subscribed, so I’m sure I’ll continue to check back in. 🖤
