fun to see Jared get more comfortable in front of the camera a little more each video
He's an awesome guy, so it's great to see him take a more active role.
Couldn't agree more mate. At the start you could tell he was awkward Infront of the camera, he's definitely feeling a lot more comfortable in front of it.
Want to see more of Jared's garage and projects
They’re all fuckin weird
i know im asking randomly but does any of you know of a way to get back into an Instagram account??
I stupidly forgot my account password. I would appreciate any tricks you can give me.
Every car-guy's dream : *A wife like Jared's*
Ya
Car guys dont need wives
@@ToraxReborn true cars are better
ToraxReborn dude
Like my wife. not surprising though I wouldn't have gotten with any girl that didn't like cars my Supra got her hooked
Jared is the reason why I subbed on this channel tbh
Didnt these have goldish or was it gunmetal oem wheels
ikr lol
Same! Lol
He’s dope
Why is it when I have time, there's nothing to do
BUT when I want to study:
Notifications: *Allow us to introduce ourselves*
So true, seems like on the days when I have nothing to do and just want to chill there's nothing but days when I should be doing something with my time everyone posts videos...lol
I'd like to see more linear project completion, or at least larger chunks at a time. Nothing says car mechanic like 37 project cars in various states of disrepair.
On god
I see several mr2s... I just want to see mr2 videos!
Amen to that brother. It's like David Tracy on Jalopnik, he "rescue" the cars just up to 30% completion...
Well they can’t do linear since jared is traveling up and down to florida every two weeks or something. But jared seems to be decent at getting projects finished up.
Right I understand that, but I also understand the magic of youtube editing; they could reasonably film 2-4 episodes in a day, edit it and release it slower so we don't see the weeks of downtime. The problem is now he's got to plan way ahead, but larger chunks of parts, etc. But overall it'd make for an easier to watch thing instead of random "hey I installed a part on one of the cars" then we all forget about it weeks later.
I would love to hear the civic street race story from Jared’s wife !!! Bring her in
Phillipe Clavel send her to vinwicki so They can finish the SL
Imagine, Jared's wife teaming up with Casey and Ed's better halves for their own miniseries!!!
Let's put her in WikiLeaks...
Jared owns *TWO* supras???? this is absolutely incredible!! and his wife is into drag racing eh? so she's every car enthusiast's dream then? what a lucky guy! he's got cool cars and an incredible partner!
Not every car enthusiast is into drag racing. Seems like you're looking for "drag racing enthusiast" in place of car enthusiast
Jared is such an amazing addition to your channels. Keep killin' it!
Have Jared keep pulling those random ending bits of wisdom!!! He's so spontaneous!
The turbos are CT 12a and are in fact ceramic.
Thank you ... Came to the comments for that insight.
@@kimosabbe50 me too lol
SUPRA’s and those MR2’s MORE
The patina on that scout is perfect, imagine a modernized drivetrain on that and dont paint it just go rip some trails
thealeksanderh so sad that they just passed over the MR2s. It’s like Tavarish is wanting us to forget that he had a MR2 project and bailed on it.
My wife and I drove away from our wedding in my 2JZ MK3 as well! I knew we were made for each other in many ways, but especially during wedding planning when she said “Well, obviously, we’re leaving in the Supra!”
0:45
I was afraid he's gonna say 'But Jared has more projects than me' but then I realized that would be impossible!
"I hate carbeurators..." Just love this guy. And you know what we think about a girl who'd go out watch the races ON DATE NIGHT. The perfect woman!!!
I love Jared's stories, they're so damn good! I really want to see that MK3 going and i hope he keeps it stock looking so i can be a real sleeper!
I got my name back in 2000 when I was in a car club. There were three of us named Drew. I drove a 92 mkIII Supra so I became Supradrew. 😁
There’s like 15 other cars in that building! What’s the rest of their stories? You could also call out BoostedBoiz Kyle with that white MR2 in the background!
Lol one problem, have you seen freddy drag race
probably clients... need money for those projects boy
“Make questionable choices....”
Me: you’re preaching to the choir, my friend.
I resemble these remarks!
And check that right rear tire, its probably low
I haven't even watched the video, but I am genuinely excited. The MK3 Supra is by far my favourite Supra and one of my favourite cars. I am BEGGING you PLEASE do content on them!
They are highly underrated and a very good platform for mods and restorations as they have so far been ignored by a majority of the car community!
All JDM twins from the factory are ceramic. Only the USDM twins on the A80 twin turbo were steel. We got short changed on that part here in Japan but I was never going to stick with the stock twins anyway.
If memory serves USDM got the better Supra for the Mk4 too but I can't remember what the difference was to save my life...lol
@@jkalash762 bigger injectors
@@freakymrq haha, I knew it was something small and engine related. The only reason I even recalled it, was like you said, it's rare the US ever gets the better version.
@@jkalash762 Tru facts
@@jkalash762 I literally just said that in my comment 🤦🏾♂️
Jared, you're a super likeable guy, and an awesome addition to Tavarish Enterprises \m/
This channel is really showcasing Jared and his builds, NICE!!
that split second shot of the mr2 made my heart jump, and made me realize how much i miss my 91 mister2 tubro
Jared knows his shit! I'd love to see more of the Harvester!
Will love to see the Supra more. Brings back memories of my first car when I was 16 years old. And yes it was a mk3 Supra with a body code of MA71... Miss that car. Would of never sold it. But life happen.
Have* not of
@@Priingles shut the fuck up
"That's pretty much all his projects"
*Ignores other 80% of garage*
probably clients
So glad you decided to keep Jared on. He's a pretty funny and very knowledgeable guy. Thanks guys.
Agreed. A brilliant addition to the team. Sounds natural, knows a looot and is funny when needed.
Tavarish needs to get Jared to finish the Z with the body kit.
I want to see Tavarish drive around town in that car.
Love the out there grungy projects. Would love to see the Scout, with D44's on 35" - 40" rubber. And see Freddy covered in mud trying to wheel it.
Jared story time, sign me up.
He did a vinwiki story on the accord
Jared is the man..... I’d buy him a beer if I saw him, makes the vids that much better...
The Supra's cool but I love the Scout! I've been wanting one of those for years....
this is like a dream for me. i want to learn the ins and outs of working on cars and have a huge garage to store my projects.
We need to get "make questionable choices" on a shirt
Bro I would so buy that!
Jared, this is Ham, I want to see " the field" .. and I want to see you and Tavarish go looking for the missing mirror in the harvester.
I love to see him getting some of his projects completed. He's helped Tavarish so much, I love to see him getting something done that he's excited about. Not disparaging anything they've worked on, I'm just genuinely excited for him!
love mkii and mkiii supras, one of my favorite cars ever, they look so badass when tricked out.
Waiting to see Jared on Vinwiki soon, the guy is awesome and I'm sure he's got plenty of cool stories.
He's been on
Someone get Jared's wife on VINWiki to tell her stories!
Wow, sometimes you don't realise it from all the beater work they do on this channel, but that Bentley is a testament to how talented a mechanic Jared is.
I would love to see that International truck restored. Maybe a bedliner paint job on the outside so you can still thrash around in the woods
Jared's wife loves him
He's a wide big boy
A coffee CAN..?.LOL
These videos are great with Jared lol, I love Andrew but Jared is fantastic. We need to meet his wife. She sounds awesome!!
I've never heard of an MK3 weighing 4100 pounds, they are definitely heavy but not THAT heavy. Also the 1JZ did come with ceramic turbine wheels.
A family friend of mine has an International Scout v8 with a bunch of stuff on it. Injectors, lift, modern radio, that he has repainted tan and the first manual vehicle I have driven. Very fun off-road
Love the Scout!! Let me know when you’re ready to part with it?!😜
Mmmm MA70 Supra. My favourite car. I've had two of them. 1JZ twin turbo engine, designed by Yamaha I seem to remember.
I would love to see them do this car or another one like it. This year toyota supra has to be the best looking one.
@@chriscollins550 i agree i love mine
Only the head was designed by Yamaha . Hence why they sound so godly
The Skint Sailor Yamaha actually co designed lots/most of Toyota’s performance oriented engines. 7M, 1ggte, 1jz/2jz, 3sgte, 4A, 2zz, and even the v10 in the LFA
Really good to see Jared getting more into the whole thing. The bloke definitely has some skills when it comes to cars and fixing/modifying.
I like the flow of Jared. He is a humble, knowledgeable guy who loves what he does.
I think the accord limousine is a good candidate for a fancy restoration.
Omg.. The supra, the international.. Im in yall!
Shout out to Japanese Classics!
Good thing Jared as 2 A70 Supras. but no such things as a 4100lbs mk3. More like 3400-3600ish depending on years and option. Targa's and 1990-91-92 years being the heaviest.
Very typical Mk3 Supra condition! :D Also very relateable.. Glad to see that Jared is such a man of culture and appreciates these old beasts.
That International Comanche; teach Freddie to 4wd!
"the truck" wanna see it fully functional
I had a 74 Scout II with a 258 straight 6 cylinder Jeep engine. It was a granny gear 4 Speed 2 wheel drive with a factory posi Trac rear end! I took the old cast-iron intake and exhaust manifold off and threw a newer 4.0 Aluminum Intake on it with a Weber Syncro conversion. I miss that truck. The backseat looked like my grandma's embroidered couch. It was that gold metallic with the Fawn interior.
Oh and I bought it at a garage sale , and sold it on eBay. :-)
I have two main hobbies, messing with fast cars (my 3000gt vr4) and rock crawling (my 92 4runner) and I personally would love to see you guys get more into Wheeling on the channel! A scout build with 4 link and lockers would be super sick!
Cmon guys, you're gonna tease me with a PAIR OF SW20'S AND YOU DONT TALK ABOUT THEM!?
As an owner of a 350hp SW20, i'm very sad
_Grumpy turbo yoda noises_
@@Nikoxion oh look, I own the fuckin' thing. I agree with Turbo Yoda, it's a total cluster fuck to work on. But it's absolutely the most rewarding car ever built
I would love to see y’all like... finish some builds.
Good morning my Automotive Friends, Worldwide. I am particularly impressed by the collaboration between Freddy (talker) and Jared (Auto mechanic). In my opinion it is a wonderful combination of these qualities. I also believe that Jared is an excellent all round auto mechanic. Thank you for uploading and sharing the Rebuilds Videos. I enjoy it, may the Universe give you even more power and energy. Ramesh Sital from Holland.
Oh man, I just love those Mk3 Supras, I had a nice '88 Turbo years ago and miss it to death
You need to call out cooper
I would love to see the Scout on the Channel.
I used to have an 88 Turbo 5 speed Supra that had a bit of work done. I loved that car more than any other car I have owned.
Jared is a genuinly nice guy. The world needs more Jareds.
For a change, I'd love to see a mad 4x4 build
Goonzquad is the channel for you then.
No love for the Mr2’s?? I think we deserve a redemption build considering how the last one went!
This is so dope. I’m an Mk3 owner/ enthusiast myself. Glad to see A youtuber have something in common with me.
That supra is gonna be nice when it gets built up, that scout with some rust repair work is going too be pretty reliable.
I'd like too see that scout towards the summer and be done up a bit more before autumn or winter for a good offroad drive.
I see Jared I upvote!!!
When i saw this in my subscriptions i thought "This is an early upload" then i realized its almost 10am and i haven't slept
My first car was a 1988 Toyota Supra turbo I love that car used to squirt people with the window washer cleaner headlights that popped up and sprayed.
I need to see more of that truck. We have 2 off-road trucks so I'd love to see you guys get into off roading!
"I took her to the drag strip on date night - and she loved it!"
At least she SAID she loved it....
She loved it cuz she didnt have to spend the whole night with him, she could sit in the stands away from him lol
She loves YOU, Jared. :)
That's why she's his wife not his girlfriend or ex.
You know she loved it, because she chopped a civic in B mode lol
I’m fairly certain she enjoyed it, she later started to drag race with him in a Nitrous Lexus GS, as mentioned in the Lexus video and on VinWiki.
WE NEED PROOF JAREDS WIFE IS REAL she sounds too good to be true 😅
Maby she's inflatable...🤔
Like his 8.2 sec supra 🤪
I think the international needs a lot of love. I've only seen one around where I live and it was a Scout 2 restored . They look bad ass when they are done right
I would love to see Freddy and Jared do a Frankenstein-ish rock crawler, that would be soooo much fun to watch. Like a bobbed J10 on full width 60s on coilovers, that would be hilarious but amazing!
I dont understand why you have two youtube channels Freddy
Shhhhh it benefits us all.
More money
Stonks
FIX THAT SUPRAAAAA!!
Have to say... Jared knows a LOT more about cars than Tavarish... Tavarish, you need this guy. Congrats. Another great episode. I want to see the Scout doing 100 mph...
Twin turbo R defo has ceramic turbos. I ve ran mine on 1.2 bar which is good for 350hp for 11 years and love it to bits. Love this channel even more now. Lol
Every single guy watching: "does Jared's wife have a sister?"
If Jared was my father his gonna be my coolest dad ever.
Do the International. My father worked at the ft Wayne plant at that time. He would have loved to see it get restored. RIP Big Joe.
My dad was an auto mechanic and I remember him working on a Jaguar convertible with Lucas electricals.. He had the dash apart and it was literally solid wire loom under there.. All fabric/paper insulated wiring, all the same color and among all the electrical gremlins he had to deal with was actually the stereotypical "turn on the headlights and the wipers go instead" ... Lucas basically had no business being in business... They were just comically bad at absolutely everything they did..
Like before watch❤️
Yep jared needs to put a bay near the door where 1 project gets maximum effort until that whole garage is pristine. What a friggin dream collection. That international reminds me of the super cool 60's bronco and probably deserves a full resto mod. This guy is everything tavarish dreamt of being as a child lol
I want to see more on that Scout! I've got a similar story on my 76 K5, I shouldn't have brought it back from the dead... but now I love it!
@sig23 My wife 😅
I have so much respect for Jared. I love his collection. I would own 2 or more of the same cars as well!
Split between working on your projects and Jared's, it's just fun to see you geek out over cars
Jared is so honest and cool, this channel is so much better with him involved!
More glimpses at the depth of skill and knowledge jared has.... Should do a lil interview vid at where hes worked and how he knows so much etc
Jared is so knowledgeable! Just wow, this man's car vocabulary is amazing and his skills are epic, keep it up brother! You and Tavarish make an amazing team.
I'm interested in them 2 beautiful MR2s in the back
Part 2 of Jared's crazy cars please 😁
Thanks for spending so much time on the MKIII Supras. My '90 7MGE was cheap, old, fun, and took some light abuse with grace. Wish I never sold it.
Come to think of it, wish I never sold my '89 Celica, either.
Listening to Jared talking about the gearing on that international makes me wonder where he learned engineering. BTW: A 1960 something International Pick-up with a 4 cylinder was the first truck I learned to drive. I remember going to the insurance company with Dad when they asked "6 cylinder, or 8?" he said 4 Cylinder. That raised eyebrows and preceded questions. A 4 cylinder in a truck was unheard of back then but by golly that thing hauled tons of fire wood while we had it.
5:36 Jared said “i keep it 99 cuz i be lying sometimes” 💯
Jared is the type of guy you just want to work on anything with
When he said "thats from when the tree fought back" I about died
Do the Epoxy upgrade in his shop!!!!! a clean shop as a happy shop also improves motivation to work on things.
Back in the late 60s my parents got into camping my dad came home with a brand new butter scotch 1968 international Scout and a camping trailer..! oh my word...! my mom was the coolest mom driving around in her butter scotch international scout...! Camping was awesome too...!
