Mother of 5 from Boston... never wrote or performed a song 'till she was 27... made an incredible little independent record that caught the attention of Faith Hill who recorded 4 of the songs... signed to Warner Bros. Records where her 2007 album Unglamorous, was produced by Tim McGraw and Byron Gallimore. How Romantic is That has yet to be recorded-you're hearing it here for the first time.
This is the bomb of love songs. Forget all that crap Hollywood feeds us. Lori, you got soul. So moving.
This woman is a treasure and this song brings me close to tears I'm not ashamed to say.
The most romantic, sweet, real song ever writeen. PERIOD. This is what it;s all about. Forget all those huge power ballads that are all the same. This is REAL. This is what life and love is all about. My parents ARE this song. Married for 38 years still happy....parents of 4 kids- 2 boys and 2 girls. I want to be just like them.....and you Lori. Thank you for sharing your gift. There is no one like you. U have to wipe me up off the floor after this song. Wow. Amazing.

Just discovered her, incredibly. Head turning classic country voice and lyrics that have far more truth and bite than the usual fare, I'll easiy put her up there with Iris De Ment and Lucinda Williams and Julie Miller.

My husband found this song and gave it to me for Valentines day. Money couldn't have given me a better gift. I think this song was written about my family... I wonder how Lori knew so much about us. My husband left today on a 5 day business trip. When he opens his suitcase he will find a small piece of paper in his shoe that says "...Come running back..." Thank you Lori for such a beautiful song!

most of early songs are on her cds with Signature Sounds. A great independant label on the east coast. Lori did not write the songs for Faith Hill they were already written and on Signature Sounds. Hill heard them and signed her to their label. She is still friends with some of her former label mates. Check out their website and some other great artists.

yeah,Lori has a way with her words,that is for sure. Faith Hill knows that,she recorded 3 of her songs. Lori wrote "stealing Kisses" for Faith and she also wrote Tim's hit "let it go" Lori has talent. she has such great love for her family as well and such great imagination.
