I picked one up at the realease and I have been very happy with it. It goes in my league bag in between my Dark Web solid and my Scorpion Sting pearl. The Scorpion LF has a benchmark shape that is very predictable and repeating shots is natural.
I like the Low flare because if im rev dominant one day because my back is being dumb or hip or anything that us slowing my feet down too much, it rolls good. If I'm speed dominant one day because of issues with my wrist or timing or thumb sticking, etc, it rolls good. When im feeling in tip top shape and i can max out speed and revs and smash pockets all day at 18mph using 4th arrow? Yeah its a great ball. Ive rolled it in heavy oil and light oil and it lets me play my comfort zones in both.
Just got one a few days ago. I’m a full roller and still it does exactly what you see in this video. Very smooth roll, reaction and drives through the pins. I love this ball !
I think it’s a little more rolly than the IQ but in the same level. It’s close from what I’ve seen in the optimum idol. It’s just below the Envy Tour as it is designed to be though.
Great video! Purchased this ball a few weeks ago. Have bowled around 18 games with it and have struggled some with consistency. I'm a lefty, one hand, finger tip drill. No other adjustments to the ball out of the box. Main issue I'm having is coming in high quite a bit. Have moved right and find that if I get out to the dry side of the house shot oil the ball doesn't carry in. If I move left, I come in high quite a bit. I'm 71 so I don't have the speed I once had, coming in to the pocket at around 12mph. Will sanding the ball help? Any other tips for control with this ball? I will say that when I get my shot right, the power of the ball is amazing. BTW, 15 lb. ball. Thanks in advance for any advice!
I want to ask, how forgiving is the ball in terms of release? I am working on having a better release but I gotta say I don't have it down, I seem to release the ball different every time and am looking for equipment that can offer some forgiveness in this area and if this ball doesn't do that then do you know what ball does? Thanks

Is it similar to Storm IQ solid(apple Crisp)? Or Envy Tour Solid? Optimum Idol solid(Easter Purple)?

@@tjsil99 I would try having your pro shop take the surface up to a higher grit to smooth the reaction out for you. That should help a little.

I want this ball i wonder how it compares to the envy tour solid
It’s similar but the envy is stronger or earlier and not as continuous through the pins as the low flare.
