    My parents are in their 70's and have been able to double their strength, we were using machines a bit like planet fitness machines, and yet the delivery mechanism for the workout doesn't really matter a ton, what matters is:

    I learned about HIT training (not to be confused with HIIT lol!) a few months ago and have implemented this into my strength training routine. I haven’t used it consistently enough but it’s truly a game-changing approach and the science behind it makes sense. I’m a fitness instructor but more an “edu-tainer” at best here on YT. I lead chair dances to popular music and don’t place emphasis on the physical gains but more the mental health gains, ie happiness, after my chair workouts. Getting our elders joyfully moving is my approach. I’m enjoying learning more on your channel. Thanks for the content. 💪🏻 😊

    The sweatshirt is not a good look for a trainer. Makes you look like you have a belly and need to change your diet. ;) Good info on strength.

      Absolutely! My eating got out of hand because I'm so happy. I've started doing a caloric restriction and I'm coming along quite well. I appreciate all the comments possible! I just started posting some shorts on UA-cam that I hope are really informative and helpful
