Hey, thanks for the feedback. Sadly with desktop telephone screens it is incredibly difficult to get the lighting just right to ensure that the display can be seen clearly, so apologies that we didn't achieve this this time around but we will of course try to improve on this in future reviews!

This is a horrible demonstration of a new phone. Know the product you are selling. Don't try to explain a feature if you don't know how it works!!!
