This broccoli and cheese stuffed chicken breast is absolutely delicious, and a family favorite! This keto friendly recipe is so tasty and will be really in less than 30 minutes. These broccoli cheese stuffed chicken breast are filled with a simple mixture of cheddar cheese, cream cheese, onion and garlic. Try out this easy chicken dinner recipe.
3 chicken breast
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp Lawrys seasoning
2 tsp complete seasoning
2 tsp herbs de Provence or Italian seasoning
2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp black pepper
Cheese filling:
8oz cream cheese
1 packet dry Ranch seasoning mix
1/2 cup sharp cheddar shredded cheese
1 cup broccoli florets
1/2 tsp onion powder or 1/4 cup diced onions
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp black pepper
Directions:
Butterfly and season chicken breast then set aside.
Steam broccoli for 5-6 minutes then chop into smaller pieces.
Add cream cheese, cheddar cheese, broccoli, onion, garlic, dry ranch seasoning mix and black pepper to a bowl and stir until well combined.
Stuff your chicken breast with the mixture.
Sear for 5 minutes on each side then bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
