panel salvaging was apparently halved yield on the .1 patch :(

very odd, comms up but no CrimeStat for destruction of vehicle or aggrivated assault/murder, the first one should have been automatic.

Destruction of vehicle isn't actually automatic if the owner of the ship is on the server. I believe the pilot of the C1 was afk when I attacked. Otherwise I'm sure he would have charged me for all of it.
