    There mastering those faints an gettin away from the transitional movement. Makes them more dangerous. These young trainers is how it evolves. You can't twist the hip and throw the kick without people realizing how hard you kick before they start learning cross counters. Love this video

    That is a fairly weird uppercut set-up, especially for Muay Thai.

      Looks pretty sneaky though will have to try it first but I can definitely see it working

      He switches and change angles using that uppercut to flow with the highkick.

      Definitely caught me off guard and I'm just watching.
      I will say though, with most combinations, especially ones like this, those awkward strikes are just to catch your opponent and give them a moment of confusion so that you can land the hard shot which in this case is the head kick.

      Its not like they drill this everyday but this uppercut is going to work well against thai style

    Nice set up, but it is a bit complicated with the footwork to pull this off quickly. I was doing this both in orthodox and southpaw and its bit funky....
