Hi Saffron, I lost my wife to cancer last December and I feel so lonely now, come this June I will fully retire from my job, I will have lots of free time to ride my bike and I was wondering if I should take to the road with my bike and tour around to pass my time , I have taken your videos to heart of what is possible to do with my time thanks to you, I have been riding for 21 years police trained and tested but I feel that you have taught me a lot with regards to touring and camping and what can be achieved, I need to do something with my life because at times I feel like ending it because I can't see myself living without my wife, hopefully my motorcycle and traveling may distract me from these thoughts of not wanting to live and take me on a journey to occupy my retirement time x
Two months ago I set off for a bike rally, then just meandered off north, taking my time, going to places on my bucket list. Sixteen days on the road, 2,482 miles.....ish.....🤣🤣🤣.....and pretty much all round Scotland before I returned home. Only booked one night, 24 hours in advance, a Hobbit pod at Glencoe Mountain Resort. I'm 66, had the most wonderful time, pretty much camping all the way. Go for it chap, use your lovely Lady as your motivation. Enjoy, stop for an extra night somewhere to wash all of your clothes- I did that on the Isle of Skye. I carried six days of tee shirts, socks and pants....who cares...just buzz off and enjoy!!
Hey Duncan! I'm sorry to hear you're going through a rough time! I hope things get better for you soon! Travelling has often helped me through some bad times and its a great way to put things into perspective. I lost a close family member to cancer over 2 years ago, there's no nicer way to express the experience other then it being utter horseshit and I wish that no one would have to go through it. For quite some time, I carried my relatives ashes with me on my journeys to leave in places she had never visited. There would always be moments of sadness but I try to make up for it by having enough adventure for 2! I hope that we will meet at a future event and you can tell me about your first adventure :) Please e-mail me if you're going to attend any of the events I'll be at in the future and I'll be sure to put some time aside for a brew to listen to about your first camping trip! Hi Saffy, you don't need to cringe at your first packing video. You did exactly the right thing at the time. You bought cheap and made do. And you still went adventuring. Too many people think you can't go bike adventuring unless you have a brand new enormous BMW GS complete with specialised luggage, extra lights etc. My message is to get out there and enjoy your bike as best you can. Don't wait for the perfect bike and the perfect kit. Also what is wrong with Duck tape? When I fell off in the Sahara desert in Morocco and broke my headlight glass, I bodged a new glass from the market in Marakesh with the best quality Duck tape. It did the job OK for the rest of my trip. You are an aspirational model for would be adventure riders to look up to. Well done.
Great idea to do a "then and now" packing video. Just to say,, you can get totally waterproof soft luggage, cheap and expensive options. I've got two Lomo saddle bags, roll top, plain as muck, no "features", but they kept contents dry on a 6hr ride in pretty much constant very heavy rain. They're are pros and cons for all types, and the compromises we choose will always be personal choices in the end.
In Australia we get other fun challenges. Tour the red center and you learn to wrap gear once, twice, three times in sealed plastic, then in a bag and it still gets covered in fine red dust. Thanks for this video because to help others learn you can now say I did this, this was the result, this is what I learnt so now I do that. I you hadn't "got it wrong" how would you have learnt to do it right. And hope none of the touring bikers out there actually bullied you. The ones I met are usually the ones who stop to check you're ok.

(istad) 18:35 cotton is the worst because it looses a dangerous amount of insulation properties when wet, the great benefit of merinowool is that it insulates even when wet.
Loved the vid, One thing i so for weekends away is save my old "pants, socks n t shirts," and then ince worn can thrown away. And if its wet, well they can be used to dry out the tent etc before packing
Any trip I go on, motorcycle or otherwise, I always cover the three poops: feeling poop= paracetamol, too much poop= imodium instants, not enough poop= senakot. At some point over the years each of these has saved me.
A long time ago I read an article about touring in some bike mag or other - can't even remember where or what it was now. But it had one small gem: "Luggage expands to fill the available space, so I get the smallest panniers I can get away with."
Great video Saffy, you've learned a few things the hard way, but cheerfully chalk it up to experience. My main difference is I will not do (I would stop motocamping if I had to) is eat camping food, be it freeze dried, dehydrated, pre chewed, etc. I shop fresh every day, and I can cook just about anything on a campfire. My only nod to 'instant 'is I do pack some oatmeal with dried cranberries and almonds for mornings I'm not starting a fire. Coffee is made in a French press. I agree about clothing, instead of changing into 'street clothes' at camp, my base layer is fine. I always pack one wrinkle free sundress for a trip to town.
Try pot noodles they are good! But yeah not great for you. (If I had to live off something for a few days camping then yeah hot water...tea + pot noodle would suffice)
I love the girlie giggles 😂 looks and sounds like your having a great time and enjoying making these vids and of course the traveling. I know I enjoy watching your journeys it's like being there with you. Once again thank you and keep em coming. 👍
I never go touring without my "Sealskinz" socks. You might like to look these up...Some people find them a bit bulky but I find them really comfortable and they never let the water through, even after hours of rainy riding.
I always use merino wool socks when I'm touring. As well as being warm, merino wool is antibacterial, so you can wear them for days at a time. I had a pair on for 7 days and my daughter came round to visit when I got home. I said, excitedly, "Look at my new socks, they're pure wool. you can even smell the freshness of the wool in them". She had a feel and a sniff and agreed they were lovely new socks with a wooly smell. I then told her I'd been wearing them for 7 days straight!! 🤣🤣 you only need one pair for riding and the other pair for in the tent.
Great content and laughter with a Saffy twist. Knife, could not tell, but looks like upgrade to better quality might be an option. Just don't get ankle or leg caught under hard case in a tip over. Like the looks of your internet studio. Take care, stay dry, stay safe and have a ton of fun.
Hi Saffy, its a learning curve and whilst citisism can be helpful there is never a reason to "bully" someone just for their way of doing something. Different people have different priorities. some people go for ultra light and others comfort and a more Glamping experience. Keep up the good work and enjoy the ride. Rob
Don't apologize for not being able to afford better gear. I just got a Himalayan and I can't afford any bags for it. However, my bicycle saddle bags will clip on the engine guards. Temporary dry bag solution. It will probably be next year before I can gather what I need to go camping. I love your attitude though. Have fun and enjoy.
True true! When I started earlier on in camping, a lot of my gear was a "make do" situation, I've been slowly upgrading it as I go. I suspect in a couple of years, I'll probably have much nicer stiff but in the beginning it was more important for me to get traveling than it was to wait to buy nice gear
And another good video ... as so many have said, experience, the more you do the better you get ... got a big trip planned this August and like a few others have said ... I am on like my 3rd repack, slimming it down - unfortunately the kit not me lol 😆
You are simply evolving as you go, and there’s nothing wrong with that. Let’s face it how many people can afford to buy top of the range motorcycle clothing when they are starting motorcycling? Top of the range lid, top Rukka suit and Daytona boots = £3500 + gloves. Accommodation wise, I personally have got to the stage where I would prefer to use hotels rather than camp. I obviously realise there is an increased cost, but I think it’s worth it, especially when you start going away for a week or more it means everything fits in the panniers and top box + a small tank bag for passport, money etc. on the new bike I haven’t purchased the panniers yet, so in a couple of weeks time I know how a top box and large soft bag on the back seat works out, as I’m touring for a week.
I do love staying in hotels, don't get me wrong, but also I geniuenlly really enjoy camping more. I think motorcycle touring is just one of those things where there's no right or wrong way really, you just need to pick how you enjoy it and roll with it. Hotels, hostels, camping etc etc are all valid ways to travel, there's no *right* way to travel :)
Very usefull vid! I def think your tent is a tempter. For me being able to cover the bike and store stuff perhaps hang a few things up is ideal. But for now think am going to do Bed and breakfasts...just take one backpack. Well second bike isnt really going to be a "tourer" but as a few people say you can tour on anything. As am still a learner am playing it a bit safe till have passed my test.
Brilliant, great idea about the base layers! Can I suggest taking a ferrocium fire steel with you... It'll even work when wet! Light my fire are a great brand. They last up to 6000 strikes as well!
I think I prefer my jet boil - because my tent isvery big, I don't need to worry too much about cooking in the rain, I always have a dry place to cook, please with the heat settigs of my jet boil, it means I can cook really fast
We all live and learn especially from motorcycle riding and camping 😘 it’s a process in your motorcycling life ! Good luck Saffy it’s a learning process 😘
It's not just been the direct process of learning that's made the whole experience so fun and enjoyable, it's also been the feedback and advice that I've received from the community that's made it such an invaluable experience! So thank you for participating and helping me and the channel grow 😊💗
Enjoyed that. It made me think back to some of my early solo excursions... Cheap, throw-over soft pannier bags🤣🤣 Mine didn't even have zips, they just velcroed shut 🤣🤣
Great tips Saffy .Its good to hear what other riders do pack and after 60 years of riding I'm still taking notice I remember bee a funny incident when my wife and I where camping on the bike ,we washed our undies and the hung them on the handlebars to dry as we rode along . Yes we got some funny looks with them billowing out but they where perfectlydryby coffee time . Ride safe take care Mal in Australia
I loved that video. It was the first one i watched as im starting out to camp and not only found it useful it was funny and the reason i subscribed and still follow you. My hubs too so dont cringe its brilliant and its so you 💕 Love your vids and your content. You are a real person doing real things with no filters and bs and that is priceless these days 😊
I think it's difficult looking back at some of the older content and not wanting to 😭, but honestly being able to document the learning experience and all the madness that goes alongside it has been one of the best parts! Thank you so much for your support up to now, and your hubby's too 🤗💗
Ditch the mallet Saffy - you can always find a rock. Don't use your boots to push in tent pegs either as they are likely to bend. And what type of sleeping bag did you buy (down for dry climates & synthetic for damp as the latter will dry out quicker)? Keep the videos coming!
Rok Straps, Exped dry bags, Memory Map os mapping which you can store for offline use and having 1:50000 and 1:25000 scale is great for exploring down random country lanes. Alpkit is a great source of kit for camping, wild or otherwise if you haven't come across them yet. Keep up with the antics, always great entertainment.
Thanks for the tips, I'm always looking for new ways to enhance and streamline my adventures so I'll definitely look into all of those. Glad to hear you're enjoying the videos! 😊💗
Hey Saffy, I always wear a pair of waterproof socks under a pair of wool socks keeps the feet warm and dry even if the woolen sock get wet. Love the videos, keep the shiny side up ;o)
“The reason I had 2 sleeping bags is i was broke” - this is one of the reasons I started following your channel….not that you were broke but that you were doing this real life, not with £10k of kit (exaggerated a tiny bit) you’re real and honest so 👏 on that. Life straw is very handy in fairness, I got one for hillwalking to save me having to carry as much water and in turn the occasional overnight camp on a Munro somewhere.
Honestly when I first started the channel I did have some insecurities comparing myself to other, larger creators who seemed like they'd just materialised with a fully fleshed-out kit and all the tech, but I think the most enjoyable part of documenting my riding so far has actually been the fact that I'm starting from the beginning, and being able to capture all the learning experiences that come with being a beginner. I can't say that I haven't made some happy memories, and generated some funny stories 😃 Out of curiosity, which Munros have you done so far?
@@SaffySprocket I’ve not done loads to be honest but I’ve done… Ben Ledi, Ben A’an (the absolute best, it’s a small walk but the views are 😍), Ben Venue, Conic Hill, Ben Lomond, Ben Chonzie, Grey Mares Tail (absolute white out in winter and the waterfall was frozen) Ben Lawers pretty sure there are others but off the top of my head that’s about what I can think of 🤣 Done Ben A’an and Ben Ledi multiple times in all weathers, Ben A’an was a bit of an annual New Year’s Day stroll.
Ducktaping luggage to the bike?! Thats what zipties are for! Things that come to mind that might be worth considering at some stage Saffy, are Rok Straps (similar to bungee, but safer) and waterproof socks :)
Thanx for the tips Saff. I was about to go with soft side panniers but now I’m thinking differently, love your hair by the way! (Can I say that?) I like your attitude towards things that might stop most people from getting out there and just going for it. Inspiring me. 🏍
If you're okay with shelling out a bit more on the cost then I can't recommend hard luggage enough, especially if you like having dry things! What brand are you looking at going with? And I invest a lot in keeping the nest on my head together, so yes, you can say that 💁🏼♀️😂
@@SaffySprocket I got Givi 58L top box ( just need the bike now to put it on 😂) me thinking Yamaha 700 world raid + BMW c400GT, i want both, I know it’s strange but I realised I can’t find one bike to give me what I want
Thanks for the tips! Very useful information. I have quite a bit of trekking experience, but find that traveling by motorbike requires a different approach to packing. I’m going on a 9-day trip to the south of France next week, so I’m already collecting my gear in my living room :)
Another great tip video Saffy, and as long as you/we learn, then it can only be good. I am busy packing for a 2 week trip to northern Spain and Portugal at the moment, and I'm only on the 3rd repack haha.
I think everyone learns what works for them along the way. Very comprehensive video with many good tips and some hard learned lessons such as tent peg in your foot - ouch! I will add a few of my own carries. 1. Shampoo in a small bottle kept in a sealed sandwich bag. Shampoo makes an excellent clean up soap as well as degreaser if needed after roadside repairs. 2. A hat with a sun bill, I often travel in high temps 40c plus and lots of sun. If you need to stop its good to have a hat. 3. Since motorcycle boots are not necessarily the best for walking I bring a comfortable set of light weight shoes. 4. A paper map. I've had technology fail. Also the allow for you to get the big picture of where you are if you need to pick alternative routes rather than searching a small screen. I'll leave you with this quote, "An absurdity, however, does not cease to be an absurdity when we have discovered what were the appearances which made it plausible" JSM. Which only re-enforces your laughter!
You’ve learnt well in a very short time. Took me a few years to get it down to the bare minimum. Enjoying your videos and hope to maybe see you out on the road one day! 👍
Great video Saffy. I pretty much agree with everything you’ve said and pack as lightweight as possible. However, I will disagree on the soft luggage. If you buy decent quality you’re belongings will stay dry. Not keen on people using medication “just in case”, but maybe that’s just me.
Ah, I've been playing competitive sports since the age of 16, I just *know* when I'm going to wake up feeling like trash the next day after pushing it 😅 that may be the key difference
Nice one saffron,I'm learning a few things from you aswell as my own ideas ,I recently change my tent to the same as yours ,it was £89 at Amazon so bargain ,oh and well done for the award x take care X stay safe x Cliff
I enjoy your weekly Vlog and unless you are on the road 24/7 it will become difficult to release vids with lots of different content,as it is your vlogs are informative and varied, Ps it cracks me up when you get the giggles. Carry on riding and enjoying the spirit of freedom that it brings.
Oh wow, that's actually so good to hear! Is there anything specific you've been able to pick up from my vids, or anything you'd recommend back to me? 😃
@@SaffySprocket for me it's just going out and doing moto camp/ wild camping I bought all the camping gear tent, sleeping bed, cooking items etc but I have been to afraid or made up silly reasons not to do it so I've been watching videos that you've been doing like traveling to places of interest and now wild camp which are all wonderful to watch, so you can say I was living my travels I wanted to do by watching your videos 🙂. But after watching your videos again and seeing all the up's and downs you have had travel, that 9.5/10 times you have a smile on you face and it's made me more confident to do it myself 🙂. One thing I got myself and thought it might be good for you, if you are planning to do future camping/ wild camping when it is more sunny maybe a small solar power battery change/ bank for your phone and camera's. I have one that I use for my phone so your phone and camera will always be charged saves on carrying spare battery and I will a power bank at night if you need it and the one I have has a touch on it too 😂. Thank you again Saffy
I just want to pack up a leave right now tbh with the way I feel 😔 lost my main job the other day or so found out the lass I like is seriously ill and I can't do a thing about it. I feel so helpless sometimes, they say bad things come in two's "life I guess". On a good note I received your sticker it goes well on my tool chest it's a bit small but leaves plenty of space for more 👍
I bought a pair in the beginning but I'll be honest, I just couldn't really wrap my head around them, maybe it's the case I had the wrong ones? But I really love my Andy Straps from Nippy Normans
Hi may I suggest you buy a 100% silk Liner for sleeping bag, (£5 approx) they are awesome as they xause a thermal layer between you and bag, also adds a bit more of a R Rating to your sleeping Bag. Note if your useing a down Bag, when not away place the sleep bag in a open bag unstuffed, a good brand bag usally comes with a stuff sack and a 'resting' bag. I didn't know if you do or not but seriously look at sleep mat. We use Exped Down 7 with its own internal pump, had ours, (10-11 years), they have a newer verson Exped Dura diffrence mattress with different R Rating.
@@SaffySprocket really wow, I was never ever got taught that, although I can't say I have noticed thats in my base layer. I will admit my Silk Liner came as part of my Bag along with the non stuff sack bag
Hiya! Really liking your content and fair play to you! Just got my first bike and really interested in doing some wild camping, do you have any tips ect for first time wild bike campers and maybe a top 5 of things to take. Keep up the good work 🤙👌
Very useful video, which I enjoyed, we have just been touring Scotland NC500, haha took to much clothing. Would you please have a link to your camping stove. Ps. I have a piaggio MP3 500 sport, but love it so
Thank you! I'm so glad you enjoyed it. I'm not sure about being a star though, I think the only thing a star and me has in common is that one day we're both gonna burn out and explode 🤣
Not sure if you have mentioned a sv650 tool kit or something suitable for removing/repairing the wheels and tyres etc just in case the breakdown recovery are delayed..
A great video as usual, but you say that soft panniers are not waterproof.🤔 I have the Wild Heart soft panniers and they are 100% waterproof, I also have the hard luggage but as they weigh 12.5kg with nothing in them, having the soft ones as an option for a bit of weight saving is great. Ride safe.👍

Another good episode you have presented in this video on your Tour and necessary luggage you carried with you is fantastic🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧
Thank you so much 💓
It's my pleasure
I love the girlie giggles 😂 looks and sounds like your having a great time and enjoying making these vids and of course the traveling. I know I enjoy watching your journeys it's like being there with you.
Once again thank you and keep em coming. 👍
Thank you so much for your support 🙏
I never go touring without my "Sealskinz" socks. You might like to look these up...Some people find them a bit bulky but I find them really comfortable and they never let the water through, even after hours of rainy riding.
Sorry, I should have read the previous comments and your replies more closely...
you only need one pair for riding and the other pair for in the tent.
another cracking video Saffy with some interesting choices and your effervescent style.
Thank you so much 💓
I have a lot to learn. Thank you for your insights.
Thank you and I'm glad you liked the video 📹 😊 ☺️
Great content and laughter with a Saffy twist.
Knife, could not tell, but looks like upgrade to better quality might be an option.
Just don't get ankle or leg caught under hard case in a tip over.
Like the looks of your internet studio. Take care, stay dry, stay safe and have a ton of fun.
Hm, death by hard case would be a very Saffy way to go. Thank you though, glad like you like the new setup 💗
Nice to see you got your water filter sorted. I carry a ridge monkey and a petrol msr stove. Totally worth it for a proper decent meal
Hey kneel when your mother said grow up stupid ,she didn't mean it 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
How are you finding the ridge monkey?
@@SaffySprocket its great, versatile, takes up hardly no space and a belter for a quick omelette
Do you use it for anything other than Omlettes? I'm not a major fan of eggs 😅
@@SaffySprocket ive done toad in the hole in it. Sausages and toasties
And another good video ... as so many have said, experience, the more you do the better you get ... got a big trip planned this August and like a few others have said ... I am on like my 3rd repack, slimming it down - unfortunately the kit not me lol 😆
It's so hard to slim kit down, a lot of items, when you need them, you rally need them but 90%you just don't need the stuff, like a first aid kit
Short and sweet. Loved it 👍
Thank you 😊
Watching from the Philippines. 🇵🇭 Ride safe always. Rocks and Roads. Woho! 🤘
Great video, some great tips.
Thank you :D Glad you liked the video :D
Thank you for sharing your travel tips sounds like you are improving as you go 👍
Thank you so much 💓
You are simply evolving as you go, and there’s nothing wrong with that.
Great video Saffy. We all need to learn these life hacks and you do it brilliant your giggles get me lol. Well keep them comeing and keep safe.
Try gerbin socks for winter don't no how I lived without them. Had gerbin gloves for years. Brilliant kit.
Ah yeessss will definitely try it next year, I have a gebling heated jacket and gloves, they revolutionised traveling last winter
@@SaffySprocket don't do what I did and think lenz battery socks will do as 4hrs on descent heat and flat battery. Hard wired all the way👍
Ah yes! I've hardwired everything so far, my jacket, gloves, phone, gopro, it's just so much easier
Great advice Saffy. Also Koka noodles & Redbull, I agree are a must for any trip. :)
Honestly they need their own segment on the food pyramid 😁
Enjoyed that. It made me think back to some of my early solo excursions... Cheap, throw-over soft pannier bags🤣🤣 Mine didn't even have zips, they just velcroed shut 🤣🤣
😭🤣😭🤣 the best stories are the nonsense ones like these
Great tips Saffy .Its good to hear what other riders do pack and after 60 years of riding I'm still taking notice
I remember bee a funny incident when my wife and I where camping on the bike ,we washed our undies and the hung them on the handlebars to dry as we rode along . Yes we got some funny looks with them billowing out but they where perfectlydryby coffee time . Ride safe take care Mal in Australia
The mess tins you were talking about buying, the Dutch army ones are stainless steel.
OoOOoh Fancy
Great video Saffy, well done! Keep it up you’re doing great!! 👍👍
I binned the mess tin and now use a collapsible bowl and mug
I love my mess tin! It's great for cooking in!
I loved that video. It was the first one i watched as im starting out to camp and not only found it useful it was funny and the reason i subscribed and still follow you. My hubs too so dont cringe its brilliant and its so you 💕
Love your vids and your content.
Spot on Vid... So valuable . Experience is such a great teacher so thank you for sharing your insight.
I'm so glad you enjoyed it, thank you for watching 😊
Rok Straps, Exped dry bags, Memory Map os mapping which you can store for offline use and having 1:50000 and 1:25000 scale is great for exploring down random country lanes. Alpkit is a great source of kit for camping, wild or otherwise if you haven't come across them yet. Keep up with the antics, always great entertainment.
Thanks for the tips, I'm always looking for new ways to enhance and streamline my adventures so I'll definitely look into all of those. Glad to hear you're enjoying the videos! 😊💗
My rok straps have taken some abuse and still going strong. Another vote for alpkit too
Hi Saffy great video. Have a look at the Sawyer mini Water filter.
Thanks, will do!
Thanks for your vids..really good to see a female smash life.well done saffy keep being you.
Hey Saffy, I always wear a pair of waterproof socks under a pair of wool socks keeps the feet warm and dry even if the woolen sock get wet. Love the videos, keep the shiny side up ;o)
That's a really good idea, I have a few suggestions of seal skins, I'll have to check them out
“The reason I had 2 sleeping bags is i was broke” - this is one of the reasons I started following your channel….not that you were broke but that you were doing this real life, not with £10k of kit (exaggerated a tiny bit) you’re real and honest so 👏 on that.
I can't say that I haven't made some happy memories, and generated some funny stories 😃
Out of curiosity, which Munros have you done so far?
@@SaffySprocket I’ve not done loads to be honest but I’ve done…
Ben Ledi, Ben A’an (the absolute best, it’s a small walk but the views are 😍), Ben Venue, Conic Hill, Ben Lomond, Ben Chonzie, Grey Mares Tail (absolute white out in winter and the waterfall was frozen) Ben Lawers pretty sure there are others but off the top of my head that’s about what I can think of 🤣
Done Ben A’an and Ben Ledi multiple times in all weathers, Ben A’an was a bit of an annual New Year’s Day stroll.
OMG, you are sooooo friendly!!! Let me know, when you are near Berlin some day. Helpful Video, thanks! Many Regards from Germany, Ralf
Ah Berlin is my favourite city :) I actually use to live hear Stuttgart for 1 year also in my teens :)

I also wear a military goretex style socks .Love your channel .❤️✊

Ducktaping luggage to the bike?! Thats what zipties are for!
Things that come to mind that might be worth considering at some stage Saffy, are Rok Straps (similar to bungee, but safer) and waterproof socks :)
I do have some rock straps in a draw, I'll be honest, they confused me a lot 🙈☠️🙈☠️
And I invest a lot in keeping the nest on my head together, so yes, you can say that 💁🏼♀️😂
I actually use a gadget called a High Tail which sticks to the back of my helmet
Oh nice! What parts of France are you going to be travelling through? And are you going on 👣, or by 🏍️?
Another great tip video Saffy, and as long as you/we learn, then it can only be good. I am busy packing for a 2 week trip to northern Spain and Portugal at the moment, and I'm only on the 3rd repack haha.
Oh man, you sound a lot more organised than I am 🤣🤣🤣☠️☠️☠️
😂😂😉
LOL soft luggage leaks here in sunny Australia too :D
Oh no 🙈🙈🙈☠️☠️☠️
I think everyone learns what works for them along the way.
Fantastic again. Thanks
Beanie led hat Saffy one of the USB rechargeable ones 👍 smart video Lass 😎👍
Love it, you have learnt so much in 12 months xx
Thank you 😊 still feel like I'm not quite on point but I'm sure I'll get better by next year!
You’ve learnt well in a very short time. Took me a few years to get it down to the bare minimum. Enjoying your videos and hope to maybe see you out on the road one day! 👍
Thank you so much 💓
Great video Saffy.

Love your videos and thank you for the great tips as I'm thinking of starting to moto camp and was wondering what to get and do. More confident now 🙂
Oh wow, that's actually so good to hear!

Have you ever tried ROK straps Saffy, I use them all the time, they are quick and easy to use and very strong.
I bought a pair in the beginning but I'll be honest, I just couldn't really wrap my head around them, maybe it's the case I had the wrong ones? But I really love my Andy Straps from Nippy Normans
@@SaffySprocket Whatever works for you Saffy, thats what its all about, just keep doing what you enjoy.
I do have a liner for my sleeping bag, although the camping shop reccomended that I didn't buy silk and you sweat a tone apparently 😅😅😅
@@SaffySprocket really wow, I was never ever got taught that, although I can't say I have noticed thats in my base layer.
