Write 2x FASTER with these Two Methods!!

Hey guys!! In this video, I go over 2 methods that you can use which will greatly improve your writing speed and allow you to write 2x faster than you probably did before!
The first way is to replace your standard ballpoint pen/ biro with a much smoother rollerball or gel pen. The second way is to practice your writing speed by trying to write as quickly as possible!

I’ve heard some people say weighing their pen down throughout the year and then taking the weight off before the exams works

It works for some people, but personally I wouldn't recommend it as while it will be a lot easier to write and causes less strain on the hand muscles, since you are not used to a lighter pen, your handwriting is going to be poor and you'll have to compensate for this by slowing down or else you will just be sacrificing handwriting which could mean your handwriting may be unreadable :)

I have to say that I also write faster with a ballpoint pen, I feel that the grip is good as well as low on friction. One point I would like to add is that I have recently learned of the BakerWrite way of writing its really good and well worth the investment

You probably use a good ballpoint cause mostly people use cheap ones and they suck. I myself use a pilot pen , I don't know if you are familiar with it or not but it has fountain pen like ink has a ball point like nib but ink keeps coming out if you put it's nib on a paper it the stain grows.

I see some people lift their pen whenever the letter has a point over it or they’re writing a new letter/word, what they should do is let the pen stay on the paper, like they’re writing cursive
It can look messy if you do it between some letters, but it works really well for other letters (s to e, or g to a for example)

That's the trade off between writing speed and handwriting quality. The only way to fix that is to slow down a little, so long as the writing is mostly legible, then it is ok! :)

A refillable pen i recommend is the "kuru toga Roulette" because everytime you press or release the nib rotates a small amount

Which Rollerball Pen Is The Best In Your Opinion

I highly recommend Pentel EnerGel refills. Pentel has a very large range of pens which use this refill but it fits in a bunch of other gel pen bodies, including the Sharpie S-Gel, Pilot G2, etc. The standard sizes are 0.7mm and 0.5mm, easily the best gel refill available. I use a Pentel X600 with 0.5mm blue ink refills which has replaced the Parker Jotters I used for years, but if you just want to try the refill out, buy a basic plastic EnerGel-X for 2 bucks.

Jetstream pens are so good
The friction is so little that I slide and write so ugly (my fault and its fault lol)

I like writing but sadly, that's almost obsolete here in the US for college students. Almost every assignment or project must be typed. It's unfortunate because formatting papers, fillable forms, and presentation slides kills a lot of time.

Throughout my school years I always had the same writing speed. Slow af. There were a few occasions where I would challenge myself to complete assignments faster than another person in the class, provided that the assignment itself was that effortless for me (geometry, for example).
No matter how hard I tried, my speed would not improve. Any attempt just caused my hand and wrist to cramp up and quality of writing to tank. I failed that self-imposed challenge *every* time.
Mild form of autism, if that could possibly have anything to do with it.
