G'day from Australia. Thank you for all the excellent information. Hopefully, I will be moving out of mowing and into junk removal. I'm going to base a lot of my business structure on the info you've provided. Won't be able to use app you use to generate paid leads because there isn't anything as good as the app you use, available in Australia, to my knowledge. I've noticed you've invested a lot of money in your business, warehouse, training Logan so he can potentially work independently, truck, marketing to name a few. I think you're a smart hardworking business owner.
Thanks for the support and great words :)
ha-ha just saw you are local to me. I'm in orient .. Got directed to you because I buy/watch storage auctions vids.. Subbed
Sweet thanks for the support!
Any recommendations for good auction vid channels?
@@poweredbyford87 It’s about personalities to me but I like storage stalkers and CK Treasures after them You tube should feed you others ..
@@itsthegreatthriftercharlie9677 sweet thanks!
Nice start to 2024 . Happy New Year Dave and Logan . Do you still have your trailer ? And how is the eBay store doing ? I see you still have the Storm Trooper . I thought you would have sold that by now to Andrew T? 😂😂😂
Ha! Yes eBay is going great, got rid of the trailer and getting another dump truck instead. Trailers won’t work for us. The trooper, I get offers but decided to keep it 😂
Curious what you charge an hour per person on top of the full load fees for big cleanouts like that
I would pay them each a percent of the whole job
How’s it going man, new subscriber here!
Going to start up my junk removal business here soon, just bought a dump trailer just wanted to get some insights on pricing. Obviously everything depends but typically how much do you charge for a full load on your dump truck and what’s the size of it?
The national average is $50 per yard. Take your width x depth x height of your trailer to get volume. Then, divide that volume by 27. That’s your yards. We are 13 yards $625 a truck load
No labor added - I never add that but you always could if you want @@JustinBaguley
Wow you must have really needed help to pay a middle man for a worker. People are so horrible. Content is great as always Dave! Did you take payment after every load on that cleanout? Also… you had to recycle that tanning bed? Because of the lights … just wondering how you dumped that … maybe you just dumped it lol . $3000 is a great week let alone a small part of your day. Hella worth it.
You know they had some sick parties in the black light room 😂
The middle man was the guy who used to work for me! I called him for this and he said he would send me guys and I thought, ok sure. Nope!
Recycled the tanning bed yes!
Happy new year! I’m in Richland county and trying to figure out how to get in touch with my local gov for Cleanout jobs, can you take a call?
That’s not something I would know how to do but in order to get government jobs I believe you need a cage number
I’ve heard you mention bidding on a job and I figured maybe it was a gov contract, what’s the best way to start getting work?
@@colossalbeatz1873 I did get a government job yes, it was from my perfect click ads. I link them in all the descriptions of my videos. The quickest and best way is paid ads since we get paid same day for jobs
Are you using adobe for your editing ?

Thought your driver was quitting or is that a new driver in the video.
WoW your dump fees is a gift
I have been following you and I like how your run your business.. I also like how humble you are unlike many UA-camrs.
I watched your video on your annual report, I was thinking your marketing expenses are high but It makes sense now since you dump fees is low, you can spend more to bring more work. Keep up the good job!
Same driver, we worked through it!
@@pdiallo1029 yes! There are some who can dump in other states for $250 what I dump for 50
Damn you dont pay your people shit 😂 I pay my guy 150 per full load maybe I pay too good lol
Who the hell lives like that wtf
