- Mold for a gibbs rifle (blackpowder muzzleloader).
The mold is cut with a custom made cherry cutter made out of hss.

Cool, I was confused with the first video, thinking you were shaping a bullet that would cut, and you were going to make a mold of it. This makes a lot more sense now. Nice work!

Did you make the cutter the same process as making a reamer?
Are the awful wrinkled bullets a result of the mould being too cold, or is there not enough air escaping when poured?
