🎀My melody’s crunchy tacos| Mexican kawaii food 🌮

🎀Welcome to my first ever cooking video on my UA-cam channel! Thanks so much for being here, as promised the ingredient list and recipe are below, also… DO HAVE FUN in the kitchen recreating this as much as I did 🥰:
🧋🍓 STRAWBERRY HORCHATA BOBA:
🎀Ingredients:
-1 1/2 cup of white rice
- 3 or 4 cinnamon sticks
- 3 cups of hot water to soak the rice 🍚
- 2 packs strawberries in halves (for blending)
- 1 cup of chopped strawberries (for serving)
- 2 or 3 tablespoons of vanilla extract
- 1 can sweet condensed milk
- 1 can evaporated milk
- cold water (as needed)
-boba milk tea (4 packets)
- Ice (as much as you’d like)
🎀Prep:
-let the rice and cinnamon sticks soak for at least an hour or more (could be overnight) with the hot water in a container.
- wash and desinfect your strawberries dont skip this part
-then cut the halves for blending and chop the cup for serving.
-once the rice is soaked, start making your water.
-get your milk tea boba ready as instructed in the packaging you bought it in.
-add to a big container over ice.
-blend your rice and cinnamon sticks with the same water it soaked in.
-strain and add it to the boba.
-blend the strawberry halves with some water and once perfectly blended add it to the boba/horchata.
-straight from the can add the condensed and evaporated milk.
-add the vanilla extract and mix very well.
✨Water is ready✨
-feel free to add more milk/strawberries or boba, it all depends on your taste
🌮Taco shells:
-2 cups of maseca
-1 1/2 of warm water (or lil more)
-salt to taste
-Food dyes: white, yellow and beet juice for pink, black edible ink marker for details.

-1 pound ground beef
-1 can pinto beans
-1 packet of taco seasoning of your choice
-salt and pepper to taste.

-chopped lettuce
-chopped tomato 🍅
-sour cream
-cheddar cheese
-beet juice (optional)
