Thank you.. I like to split by hand every now and then, but now day's, it's usually on the job site to haul it out easier. As always, thank you for watching and commenting 😁 👍
It is nice to have.. But looking around UA-cam there are yards way bigger than mine. But for what I can do I am happy. As usual thanks for watching and commenting..😊👍
Danielson!! I’m happy to see you out hand splitting and getting the workout brother👍🏻 btw, that DB looks an awful like a Plumb 3.2 I have just fyi…#LetsSplitThis
Thank you., this is how I started going down this rabbit hole of firewood.. Just seems to,be getting deeper and more expensive at times too.. Thanks for watching and commenting Doug I really appreciate it..😊👍
Man you can swing that double bit around...you made quick work of that Fir I got tired just watching....lol How's that Maple out there split? Getting more and more added to the pile, wood hound!! Nice!!!
@@wileyseifert5769 To be fair I didn't cut this.. I have a few tree service frends that do. Most of time I am going to job sites to pick up. This was one of the jobs it needed to,be all removed faster than I could get it so he brought it to me..
Молодец Даниель ! У тебя красивое получается колоть дрова ! Отличный топор ! У нас такие не используют . У нас называется ,,колун,, вес которого бывает до 10 кг
Yea we don't have Elm here in Western Washington.. The hardest stuff is Maple and some Oak.. I do have more content coming up weekly.. Thanks for watching.
Greetings from the Emerald Isle of Ireland 🇮🇪🇮🇪 nice style of splitting firewood,I use the outer rim ,of a large truck tyre, with the inner walls removed, saves your back and less handling of wood, great videos 🇮🇪🇮🇪
I use a tire as well at times.. Some times the wood is so big here in the Pacific NW of Washington State thats not an option. Thanks for watching and hopefully you enjoy my small channel
Howdy Daniel! Thanks for the Sub! I just underwent a Binge-Watch during supper. Good stuff here! I just love blasting that Fir apart, aside from where they screw those limbs in! Here in The South of Michigan, I'm mostly dealing with Ash, Red Oak, Maple, Cherry and a bit of Walnut. We feed two boilers, so the vast majority of my splitting is done via skid steer these days. Blessings, see ya 'round!
You say that I am a huge channel like back40 or buckin. 😆 LOL.. Yea I been watching other channels and understand what just about every region has for wood. We do have some white Oaks here but not many. Your welcome on the sub and thank you for subscribing to me as well.
Exactly what I was looking for. Not a lot of talking. Just putting in work

Thank you.. I won't be able to do this forever so hopefully in a few years I can afford a bigger log splitter.. Than like you I can all day long.. Lol

Man you can swing that double bit around...you made quick work of that Fir I got tired just watching....lol
How's that Maple out there split? Getting more and more added to the pile, wood hound!! Nice!!!
Maple is a little harder as its useally twisted stuff.. So for that I have to use the maul for it..
Nice work Daniel.
Thank you.. It's a good work out too.
Got to get joe over there and teach him to bash some wood by hand
Haha that might hurt him.. His friend Mike the game changer can swing a maul much better..
It's nice to see someone cutting some real wood I'm down here in Oregon and deal pretty much only in the big stuff

What make of axe are you using,?🇮🇪
I sont know as the only marks on it say USA..
You made short work of that. Also, It sounds like it already dry when it was being piled or is that still green?
Thank you, this still green.. This won't be ready to burn till winter of 2020.
You’re awesome with the flick technique. I’m still trying to teach myself. Also what brand double bit is that?
Thank you.. I don't know what brand it is.. Only marks on it is USA.
Watch Buckin Billy Ray Smith channel as he explains how to do the flick.

You made that look easy. How does that wood burn? I don't know if we have that in Michigan.
Thank you.. I think the closest you would have is pine as for the same species of tree.
Impressive that you split all that wood with an axe. Great job 👍
Thank you.. I like the work out that comes with it as well..
Another awesome channel!
New subscriber from upstate New York. Keep up the great work!
