I consume Fulvic/Humic acid daily. It's been a HUGE game changer for my health, I swear by it! It's amazing for my cognition but I originally started taking it for my gut (I've had ulcerative colitis). I can't recommend it enough!! I'll have to try it on my face now, thank you ☺️
(Good luck talking to your Doctor about anything natural, they probably won't even know what Fulvic acid is 😆)

I have been binge watching skincare videos for a couple of months. I just turned 50 and have never made skincare a priority so I’m trying to learn as much as I can. At this point, a lot of the information I’m getting from these videos has become repetitive (which is a good thing, b/c it means I’m learning!). So I truly appreciate you bringing fulvic acid to my attention. I will definitely be looking into it more. I look forward to watching more of your videos! A new fan 🤩

So spot on! I use Morning Star during microcurrent (and will now incorporate into skin care routine. Thank you). I have IBS. Was in a flare. Saw another You Tuber talk about how Ion Gut Support (contains fulvates) cured her leaky gut. Was in a 6 month flare. Did all things gastro doc recommended. They did not work. Out of desparation, ordered the Ion Gut Support. Only took 1 week to absolutely put my flare in remission. Started taking the supplement end of October and have not had another flare since. Will not ever be without it again. LOVE that stuff. So good of you to share. No idea that it was good for eczema and psoraisis (spelling?). Will definitely recommend my grown children who suffer from eczema give the Morning Star a try. THANK YOU!

Mine was different than both of them. Ulcerative proctitis. I can only tell you that adding ION Gut Support was the only thing I did different in my flare. I only took 1 teaspoon when started (as suggested for those with sensitive stomach). Within 1 week my flare (and I had one for 6 months straight taking IB Gard and drinking Kefit as Dr. suggested. It did not work) was gone and it has not been back in the 3.5 months I've been taking Ion Gut Support.

Health resources online say that fulvic acid supplements may be contaminated with heavy metals-- Which makes sense-- after all, the soil in many regions does naturally contain heavy metals.
Also, apparently the optimum dose of fulvic acid is not known, and there is evidence that it is anti-oxidant at the correct dose, but pro-oxidant at high dose.

Penny, I have to tell you that your videos have changed my skin. THANK YOU! I am however having issues finding a good moisturizer for the day that doesn't cost an arm and a leg. I currently use "it cosmetics confidence in a cream" but it makes a better night cream than day (I know you are not a huge it fan). This leaves my face super shiny and oily during the day. Do you have any matte recommendations?

There are other options they are just too expensive for me to recommend. I wouldn't spend more than $20 on a product like this. I would just keep an eye on it and wait until it comes back into stock which should be soon.

I did some research on humic acid (similar but not the same as fulvic)in undergrad. The fulvic acid goes through a purification process to ensure no contamination (or should). That process depends on the company manufacturing the material.

Good question. When companies put the word "Organic" on their label, it's just so they can charge more for it. Most of our veggies and fruits contain some kind of chemical. Farmers spray for bugs and to keep rodents away from their crops. They also use harsh chemicals to kill the weeds in their fields, and these chemicals keep getting turned over into the soil before each time they plant their crops. In the end, how do we truly know what we're eating.

If it’s a serum you could mix them- if it’s a toner I’d opt to spray the fulvic first, then green tea, then RLT. ♥️

A video that could help a lot is how to mix our ingredients. What goes good with what and how to use them. A great example is this mist and vitamin C. I have so many great products and I have struggle to find a way to mix them. Just last week I created a schedule after searching and searching around the internet, so hopefully 🤞🏼 it works.

I have used this product on and off since I saw your first video about it sometime ago. I use it to spruce up my hair between washing, and in rotation as a facial mist.
I don’t know what it is about it but I love it. Like you said when you get to a certain age it’s all about maintenance and while I don’t see a massive change, I feel like it’s one of the important and scientifically validated items in my routine. I have use more expensive brands but right now I’m using the brand that you feature here. I’m about 2/3 of the way through and will order it again. What I haven’t done is supplement with fulvic acid and I am going to try to do that because I have a history of gut issues that I have improved with aloe vera juice and DGL, but would like to further address. As always Penny, this was so informative thank you and I hope you are feeling better!
