Can you really get as good a workout without attachments as you can using the door stop? I'm a beginner and I'm curious. My livng space makes to hard to try and work out using the door anchor. Thanks for a great vid.
have no bloody idea wht especially when i train long triceps and biceps and have to pull resistance bands above all (but not only also with TRX and the like and some movements with free weights) I often get an inflammation at the elbow...............one or the other.........

Hey please give us a bit time between each session. We are only human :P
I do super sets- 3 times each. Pause for 1-2 minutes so instant of a 10 min workout you get 60+ 😎💪🏼
