I can’t believe the way that divorced Guy was speaking to his aunt and niece while they cleaned HIS caravan. He kept rushing them and pointing out spots he thought they’d missed. Seriously? It takes time to clean things properly. Rushing them is rude and pointless.
WHY, oh, WHY are they even doing this for him? I hope they're getting paid at least $35 an hour each, like a pro cleaning service wd charge! I'd be afraid to act that way. Pretty sure someone wd slip som poison into my drink!

I like that George is passionate about his children but he oozes bitterness. When his children are with him he wants to show them Gypsies ways, but condemns the Gorgers. And it is probably the same at their mother's where they talk dirt about the Gypsies - but the children are half gypsy half Gorger so they're getting negative messages about both cultures from their parents. Even if you don't say it outright in front of children they can read between lines. Makes you wonder how George's children are doing now x

It must be SO much easier for a "mixed" marriage to work between a gypsy woman and gorger man, rather than the other way around. A gypsy wife dotes on her husband and he can do what he wants, which would be a delight for a gorger, even considering a compromise of cultures. But for a gorger wife to bend to the role of a gypsy would be incredibly confronting and lonely.

Also, they are not taking modern convenience into consideration. I'm sure centuries ago, a woman could just stay around the house and cook and gather and wash clothes and it would fill up the whole day. Now those things can be done in a few hours. How can they expect their wives to just stay in the house and stare at the walls all day? Theres nothing to plant or harvest. Nothing to sew. No animals to tend to. They should look at the situation from a common sense perspective.

Gypsy girls in this show also always talk poorly about gorger girls by saying “they’re having babies so young with no father” as if they aren’t having babies super young as well. The difference being that they’re more likely to marry someone they just met before having the babies but they’re still 16 with babies.

I have 4 children and a husband I cooked cleaned took care of kids and worked and made sure my husband ate dinner with us before he left for work and made him a lunch for work he works the night shift. But nobody is going to tell me what to do .ESPECIALLY my husband he may tell me some things to do and don't but he will not demand and make me do nothing I don't want to do.
