Murzynek - quick cake

Ingredients:
(250 ml cup, 25x35 cm baking pan)
4 cups of wheat flour
2 cups of sugar
1 cup of oil
2 cups of milk
2 eggs
2 teaspoons of baking soda
4-5 tablespoons of bitter cocoa
4 tablespoons of jam (I used black currant)
Icing:
100g of milk chocolate
100 ml of 30% cream
2-3 handfuls of coconut flakes
