- Hey my lovelies,
Well, I literally did what I said I wasn’t going to do t the beginning of the video and that was to post about the very minimal grinding I got done on the Jeep.
Every time I wanted to take a step forward, the universe put me in my place but it’s ok. Sometimes you just have to roll with the punches.
Although it was frustrating I still had a great day and look forward to the rest of this week!

Girl you have a great channel and live like so many of us want too. Your setbacks are minor compared to most viewers. You are a wonderful and lucky lady to be able to do what alot of us would love. We either don't have the personality or know how to do this. Always take time and appreciate your visitors even if it stops your momentum. I know you do. I just helped remove those brackets on my buddies JT. We left that loop and rode the struggle bus because of it. Get up there with your angle grinder hammer and beater screw driver to remove more metal chucks before grinding and it will be worth it
That "exhaust loop" is called a Helmholtz resonator. It eliminates exhaust drone at a specific RPM. I'm building one for my Trailblazer.
Just the way it goes some days. No matter what you plan nothing turns out the way you plan it to. One of my favorite sayings goes like this. "We plan GOD laughs". Just have to roll with it the best we can. Hang in there Holly.
@robertr4193 - That's why we should learn from him and purpose for an end result instead of plan things too hard and fast along with be happy when we, without infinite wisdom and power, are able to fulfill what we purposed with most of the major check boxes ticked off.
Perhaps Matt is already ahead of many of us on that front.....

The loop needed to be removed anyway. We will delete it with a straight section of pipe in order to make room for the long arm kit from RPM steering.

When grinding the remaining bits of the brackets, besides a flap disc, have you found anything that takes off more material faster? I did a long arm kit on my gladiator two weeks ago, and spent probably close to 6-8 hours of just grinding things down flush to the frame.
