Feel so much better about my purchase of the de la Cruz mask! Saw it mentioned in a Reddit thread and figured it can’t hurt. Wish me luck! I feel like I’m at least fortunate that my FA is at a manageable level. I also started probiotics and making a few changes to my diet to help with the candida overgrowth. Thx for the vid :)

I got it from Amazon Canada but I've also seen it online at Walmart. The nizoral anti-dandruff shampoo is more accessible in Canada :)
